From start to finish, the staff at both Webster Timberlanes and Luci’s went above and beyond to make sure our event was absolutely perfect. Every single team member was incredibly accommodating — delivering the food right to our party area, taking great care of our adult guests at the bar, and even handling all of the cleanup. They made hosting a party feel effortless, which any parent knows is a gift in itself. A very special shoutout goes to Uncle Lou, who helped us book the party. He was wonderful to work with: kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us create a great celebration. Our daughter has severe allergies, and Lou took it upon himself to go through the menu to see what would be safe for her. It meant the world to us — she rarely gets to enjoy food out at restaurants, so this was such a treat. The birthday packages were also incredibly affordable, with a variety of price points to fit different needs and budgets. Truly, the value you receive is unmatched. Our daughter said this was one of her best birthdays ever, and we couldn’t agree more. “We had the red snapper in red sauce and the Legume. With rice and beans and mac and cheese. We also had the Fritay with beef. For drinks we had the Tom Ford, and a Passion fruit juice. Everything was well seasoned and cooked. The drinks were well mixed. The ambiance is nice. It was quiet we were one of two families seated, maybe because it was thr beginning of the week. Very nice for a date night, girls gathering, or to just treat yourself.“

Thier waiting staff are friendly but could use more experience. They make frequent errors however they’re are so polite and quick to fix any issues.
