Some favorites have been Magnolia wings with a sweet spicy sauce, crab rangoons, house beef roll (which is tender beef wrapped in a scallion pancake -- a must try!) and steamed spicy wontons in peanut sauce. “I was not impressed. Boneless spareribs were way too sticky and some were burnt. Like other restaurants now there prices have gone up a bit much. Also they are bit off Rte 9 and I think there are other places that are of better quality. I would only give this 3 stars.“

“I’ve been living in Framingham for three years and yesterday I was hungry for Chinese food. Haven’t found any that I really really like in the area so I googled. I found this Restaurant called Star on Waverly Street.
I did not get a very big order, but I truly enjoyed all of it. The beef with scallions reminded me of my childhood and going to South Pacific in Newton.

The food... was excellent. I had the Spare Ribs which were authentic Chinese spare ribs and excellent. I also had the Mango Chicken with vegetables which was also fantastic. But yes...I was shocked... NO RICE.... also No fork or spoon.... that was disappointing. I wish I could have given 5 stars but its pricey... no rice and no utensils...4 stars but solid.“

“I highly recommend this takeout restaurant. I’ve driven past it a thousand times but I stopped by on a whim last Saturday at 9pm. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Absolutely the best boneless spareribs I have ever eaten. Terrific pork fried rice that had many added ingredients similar to house special fried rice.“

My boyfriend and i love their chef specials, especially the Chicken with Broccoli or the Orange Chicken! We also love their Moo Shi or salted shrimp with egg noodles too. You can have it with as little or as much heat as you want. My boyfriend likes it spicy. Very fresh, the meat was tender and sauce was flavorful and delicious. Their chicken fingers are lightly battered and has just the right crunch. The pork fried rice is consistently amazing with pork and some onions, very flavorful. They are a family business that has been in Marlborough for 30+ years and all their sauces are homemade. We definitely recommend Chin's Garden!“
