They have always gotten my order right and know what I want even before I know what I want. But the bathrooms are some of the cleanest bathrooms I’ve seen south of Boston maybe even in all of Massachusetts.“

“Finally had a chance to swing by close to opening. There were trays full of doughnuts this time. It was also surprisingly lively with locals despite the early hour, so I can see why the doughnuts sell out. There were some cutely decorated special doughnuts for Easter, but I stuck to my mission of trying the famous, classic honey dip doughnut. The price ($2.25) was the same as that of the marble cruller that I got last time even though there is less doughnut, so I wish it were cheaper for the size. However, it was airy/fluffy and soft with a delicious glaze. The only thing I did not like was that I could slightly taste old oil with some bites. I think I prefer the slight crunchiness of the marble cruller last time more, but maybe the crunchiness is only unique to cake doughnuts.“

“Only two people working early this morning. I totally understand being short staffed, I do. But, after waiting almost 20 minutes for my on the go order, I at least expected the iced turtle latte to be made right. I was now running late for work, driving a school van, so I couldn't wait around to ask for a new one. Especially with the place being filled with people. I did try it and I couldn't believe how bad it tasted. It was like milk and coffee grounds. After my route was done I went back. I still had the drink with me. The ladies at the counter saw the drink and couldn't believe it. They knew who had made it without me even finishing my story lol! They made a replacement and were extremely nice and apologized for the mistake, which is usually uncommon for a mistake like this to be made here. Thank you so very much! “I visit this location at least 10 times a week. Typically ill place a mobile order and walk in the store. My orders are ready in 3 minutes on average. Not once have they messed up my order. The staff are friendly and hard workers. I rarely leave reviews, but these guys totally deserve it. Thanks dunkies!!!“

“every time I go to a dunkin donuts no matter which one I go to it's always the same deal...they never make the sandwiches right. the croissants always fall apart in your hand, most times the bacon is either way over cooked or extremely under cooked. So I completely stopped doing business with them I now go out of my way to find a small shop that makes breakfast sandwiches. Also they are well equipped to be accessible for the disabled and elderly with a wheelchair ramp outside, no steps, first floor and wide aisles. I'VE ACTUALLY SEEN A DUNKIN EMPLOYEE BRING A GENTLEMAN'S ORDER OUT TO HIM BECAUSE HE COULDN'T MAKE IT IN PHYSICALLY! UNBELIEVABLE HOW A SMALL GESTURE CAN MAKE A PERSON'S DAY! But if there isn't a drive thru, there are at least 15 parking spots 2 feet from the front door, not only are the spots close but there are no steps or stairs to traverse as well as a wheel chair ramp for the wheel chair bound. WHAT A SIN!Wheelchair accessibility: Always have wheelchair ramps, handicap parking spots,and all dunks'has double doors with wheelchair accessibility. Then when u get inside the atmosphere takes away all the anxiety and worries that seem to melt away from all the smiles and professionalism this establishment carries with every employee from open to close. If by any chance that the individual can't even make it out of their vehicle, a humble employee might even take upon themselves to graciously walk up to the person in the vehicle and take care of their order or whatever the occasion calls for. “Although Dunkin' Donuts is now a national chain, its roots are decidedly in New England. Specifically Massachusetts. The first DD is still open and is very close to where I now live.There is a newer DD on the scene in Hingham which seems to be doing a brisk business especially given how close it is to the Hingham Ferry Terminal as well as the condos and apartments that have grown like mushrooms in that neighborhood.While I very rarely buy coffee to go but when I do buy a cup I prefer Dunkin' Donuts to Starbucks any day of the week.I was in this newest franchise recently to pick up some gift certificates for some friends who are die-hard DD fans.This place was clean and orderly and although I could be incorrect it seems to be run by a family. I was greeted by a friendly man (the owner?) who helped me with buying the 3 gift cards. I also bought one jelly doughnut (my preferred spelling of this word) to share with my husband who was waiting in the car.The doughnut was clearly quite fresh and was really delicious. My friends appreciated the gift cards. DD has the usual array of coffees, teas, doughnuts and other not particularly healthy food options but as a treat, they can't be beat. i wish this location well although I am sometimes dismayed at the sheer proliferation of these chains at the expense of local one-of-a-kind coffee shops. But people want what they want I guess.“

“The Braintree Dunks is a good one. They are friendly and it has a big dinning area with tables and one table has a plug very convienent. They close early at 7 pm but for where its located and what they serve thats a fair time. Overall very good rating.“

My favorite is the brown sugar bubble latte, but I recommend lowering the sugar level because it is too sweet otherwise (but sweet boba that can be adjusted is better than tasteless). I like the roasted aftertaste of the tea. Prices are comparable to other places.The mochi donuts are also pretty good but pricey. I like the ube mochi donut the most, but I'm a sucker for ube in general, so I am biased.The inside has a few tables. It usually isn't too crowded when I go. “This is the best dunkin I've ever been to. Despite clearly being a hot spot for orders with drive through and mobile, they are still extremely fast, i always get my coffee in 5-7 minutes. The woman who works behind the mobile order bar for food is wonderful, she has a bun and visor on and a nose piercing, she is so sweet and always has something kind to say. The service is the best I've ever had at a Dunkin.“
