“Went to dinner with out of state family few nights ago,food was great our server I believe his name was Aiden was awesome! There were eight of us,our food didn't take long was nice and hot,my sister's were full of their appetizers couldn't even finish their dinner,we all took home leftovers,prices were pretty good,everybody was pleased,family said next time they visit we have to go here! “We came to the restaurant due to a recommendation from our nearby hotel’s staff.

The atmosphere had a fun vibe, from the train that runs around the ceiling’s perimeter to the many TV screens playing various sports games, it was terrific.

Our waitress was very busy, and yet got our orders taken and had everything to us in a timely manner.

We had a couple pizzas, salad and pastas, and all were delicious, especially the margherita and roasted garlic pizzas.

Highly recommend it for great food and atmosphere.“

“The new addition of Shabu (hot pot) is a refreshing option to the mundane offerings of most Pittsfield restaurants. Delicious and huge portions! Will be going again soon! I recommend to everyone!“

“When we entered, there was about a 10 minute wait. We were seated as soon as possible. The owner was very visible throughout the restaurant and made sure that everybody knew that it wouldn’t be long. He was very involved in making sure everyone was taken care of. When we were seated, Jenny was our server and she got our drink order and returned promptly with them. Jimmy had a captain and coke and he said it was good. I stick with my usual— Diet Coke on the rocks— lol — Jenny brought our bread out and took our order. We got the scallops as an appetizer and we each ordered the same thing, it was the Highland Trio which consisted of a generous piece of chicken Parm, with an amazing/perfect amount of sauce, a humongous sausage link and an equally huge meatball — which anyone could tell was homemade (even my mom would have raved about it and she was picky). It came with a very generous portion of pasta and sauce as well as a salad. Everything was delicious. I ended up having leftovers (Not sure how anyone could possibly finish all of the food we got) but Jenny helped me pack up. We are not big dessert and coffee people but the desserts did look delicious in the dessert case. Perfect timing on everything. The Highland is truly a hidden gem in the city of Pittsfield and I would highly recommend it to anyone that lives here or is visiting. You will not be disappointed.“

“My boyfriend and I visited the Hot Dog Ranch last night. He had to go back after having the Special, Porterhouse steak last week. He thought the steak was amazing! They were not serving the Porterhouse last night so he ordered the Delmonico Steak. He really enjoyed that one as well!! He was a very happy man. Still talking about it this morning :) I had the Stone Bridge Chicken. I substituted provolone cheese for feta. It was excellent.“

“Growing up with a Yia Yia who makes pastitsio, I tend to be very picky when other people serve this dish. Electras is the only place that makes it as close to my Yia Yias that I’ve ever had. I travel to western mass for work from Rhode Island and everytime I’m in the area, I always stop and order pastitsio from here!“

“Cims is like my Cheers. Yes, when I go there a lot of people do know my name. But I can go by myself and strike up a conversation with anyone from anywhere and have fun. It is really nice to get to know people from the area, as well as out of town who have never experienced the Berkshires. I highly recommend all of their food, but some of my favorites are the Brandy wings bone in or boneless, I think they call them Cims Wings. The lobster roll is delicious as are the fried scallops and the Fried chicken basket. It is usually on the special board. It is a very sweet better and totally delicious. I have never in 15 years been disappointed with any food I get from there. They also have a great beverage selection as well as many TVs to watch a variety of sporting events including the weather channel“

“This Friendly's in Pittsfield M.A. is one of BEST I have been a customer at! The staff were very efficient and very attentive and the kitchen had my food out on my table and tasting amazing very quickly despite being fairly busy, with folks at many tables. I highly recommend dining at this location!..“

“the food was alright but for such a simple order they got it wrong. There were only 2 tables that were occupied. I wouldnt think it would be hard to remember toast home fries and eggs“

“We dinned on a Friday evening over a holiday weekend, the place was busy and we had a party of 7. The staff did an amazing job making accommodations so we didn't have to wait. Our server was spot on and very welcoming and personable. The salads could have used a little more dressing. Other than that, the food was great.
