“Came here after checking in with our hotel quite late in the day. the place was clean and the atmosphere was great even though it was a monday night and there were many customers. service was amazing by the bartender Joshua. he was quite understanding after my lil trip up since Ive been drinking out in canada but Im not yet legal in the states, will be back when I am tho! the drinks he served were wonderful and the mocktail I got was delicious. “Quality and availability of bagels in our area is not what it used to be but if you are looking for fresh delicious bagels in the Pittsfield, Mass area… I would choose Panera over other pink / orange logo establishments everyday. I would recommend the bakers dozen bagel pack which comes with two cream cheeses. You can order them pre-sliced or do it yourself. Our families favorites our the Cinnamon crunch, Asiago cheese, Blueberry, and Chocolate Chip…. ( They do have more flavor options ) The bagels are a quality size and they toast up in a traditional toaster or air fryer perfectly. They do have delivery through some delivery apps… but you can place a an order for pick up just as well for a quick pop in and grab.
