“We are an entertainment service company that specializes in small ensemble/DJ combos. We performed at our first wedding at The Herb Lyceum in early October and were blown away. First of all, the garden and grounds are LOVELY, the food is OUTSTANDING and the staff were all WONDERFUL. Everyone there was friendly and professional, and truly allowed us to do what we do best, and we felt fully supported to do our jobs. Often with outdoor venues, we have issues with power, but not here! We had ample power for the ceremony, dinner reception and the dance party under the tent, running some heavy wattage sound and lights. We very much look forward to coming back to do more events in the future!“

“Id give a higher score for the atmosphere. A 1700 tavern with working fireplaces. Pricey but not outrageous for what you get. But the food and drink is fresh, local sourced and well prepared. All food ingredients sourced from local farms. The turkey dinner is impressive. I love the weekly specials and season appropriate soups and drinks

“Tonight was the best dining experience we have had in two years! The drinks were awesome, the food was piping hot and came out on the hot plates, even the last bite was hot! My daughter’s plate from the kids menu even looked delicious, and she enjoyed every bite. I had lost my purse on May 23rd (sorry for the delay, been meaning to do this sooner) and called a couple of times and the first person I spoke with was a man who told me it wasn’t there and I asked him to check the bathroom and he again told me it wasn’t turned in. Later I called and thankfully the call was answered by the Manager, Fabiola who sincerely apologized that the other employee told me it wasn’t there because it actually was there the whole time and I was SO extremely grateful and relieved to both her and Valerie who found it and kept it safe for me! I appreciate you, FABIOLA & VALERIE so much! They wouldn't even accept money as a reward! They told me that they were just happy to have found it and to have it returned to me as they understood the feeling of losing a purse. We also ordered the patatas bravas which said it had “chipotle sauce,” and when they landed on our table were covered in dairy, because that’s their chipotle sauce ? So what’s the problem! I don’t know today when I went back to Panera bread the girl with the yellow nails was so nice to me, she is a great worker, but come to find out, the nice Brazilian girl in the kitchen said you complains last time and you made the girl cry I said how did I complain I never complained! Maybe she was just having a bad day but not because of me! I felt kind of off guard when I went to pick up my food, So again if you can’t handle the pressure don’t work at Panera bread! It’s my money and I spend it where I want to spend it I work hard for it so Customer is always right I wasn’t rude I was always pleasant every time I come here or anywhere I go me and my service dog! I like an apology from Panera bread this is a palling very disturbing! If I ask for something extra I pay extra for it bottom line the customers always right, if you want them to return! Treat them well, & leave your problems at home don’t bring them to work with you blaming others that your upset with them when in fact it’s something else that’s going on in your life! I did not treat her badly at all! For the record the rest of the staff is very nice, but when the girl started crying of course I felt very bad for her I thought someone died in her family or something no one told me that she was upset with me! Course I feel still feel bad for the poor girl maybe somethings happening in her life that she took it out on me on the customer don’t bring your problems to work! I hope that the manager talks to the girl to comfort her what ever she is upset with! But I know it was not me!“
