“We loved the place, the food was delicious, the portion sizes were very generous, the prices were on the lower side compared to other towns closer to Boston. The owner even us the dish for free (they had chicken something (nuggets, or skewers) special, and they wanted us to try it, and it was very delicious. We were visiting Lowell cotton museum on a snowy January Sunday, thus we wanted to eat inside. We were the only ones inside, but there were so many people coming in to pick up their orders, so I figured we made the right choice for lunch, this place must be popular among locals. Next time we are in Lowell again, we'll make sure to come back Osawa!“
“It's so hard to find doughy pan fried dumplings if you can find them at all but they make them here! & they're bite size! I also like the fried won tons, egg rolls & battered chicken fingers. The service is always kind & pleasant. They have tables set up but I don't believe they have table service & there's no ambiance. But it works if you need to eat there. I always get take out. Remember to order extra duck sauce!“
“Food was very good and was what I was looking for. A bunch of other Chinese food spots are really overpriced for small portions. This food was exactly what I expect when I order Chinese food. Fast service, hot food arrived ?. Forgot my extra duck sauce but we are only human and mistakes happen. Crab Rangoon is on the crisp side but tasted good.“
“They were out of roast beef which was a major bummer, however the guy was very apologetic and super kind. I ended up trying their homemade meatball which he said was his grandmother's recipe. It was very tasty, I will be back for the roast beef though!“
“Unpretentious and fun, with great food. Adriana made us feel welcome by talking, joking and providing great service. Certainly not high-end, but it doesn't try to be. it's a clean, family operated local, hig-quality Mexican restaurant. I rate the food an A- and the atmosphere a B.“
“Best soup in the world. You can get cold soup to take and they have dinners too. At least once a week I come here for lunch and get a broccoli & cheddar soup with some hot toasty bread and a soda. I pay less than 15 bucks and it's incredible. They are cash only but have an atm inside. Service is always sweet & fast. Collins always gets 5 stars.“
“The menu has so much selection that makes you wonder about the quality, however was most definitely nor the case. If you go for any of their salads then be prepared that it's going to be huge. The food was absolutely delicious. For other dishes such as stuffed mushrooms or bacon scallops they are not as big but still more than “
“We love the atmosphere here: not pretentious but relaxing and comfortable. We had Max for our waiter and he was great. Very attentive and accommodating. He reminded me of my Godson, brewed a fresh pot of coffee for us, and asked if we wanted him to grate Parmesan cheese at each course of our dinner. My Watermelon Sangria was refreshing and perfect- not too sweet, but not at all dry. Hubs would've preferred a Heineken 00 to the O'Douls, but had to settle for the latter. We both had the pre-entree salad, served family style and with well-chilled plates which is something we haven't seen beforehand, but appreciated that detail of service. And, of course, those infamous breadsticks- came out so fresh from the oven, we had to let them cool a bit to devour those buttered with a hint of garlic, savory mini baguettes.I had the shrimp scampi, which is one of a few options for the lactose intolerant folk such as myself, and I didn't want steak so late at night. The presentation of this entree is aesthetically pleasing: colorful and bright. Perfectly sautéed, pink shrimp over a delicate swirl of angel hair tossed with garlic and butter, decorated with chopped, crispy and perfectly green asparagus, diced plum red tomatoes, which, aside from the shrimp, reminded me of the Italian flag.Hubs enjoyed his lasagna, described it as delicious and yummy. Not really a "meat" lasagna but there was meat in it, plenty of cheese, and the noodles were perfectly al dente. The sauce was smooth and flavorful, and he is not sure if it was marinara, but didn't recall chunks of tomatoes in it. As a big fan of lasagna, he'll have it again.Another appreciated detail of service was the after dinner mints that Max delivered to our table after clearing our plates. All in all, a wonderful date night.??“
“Best Crab Rangoon around!! Add General Tso’s Chicken & Pork Fried rice along with maybe some beef Teriyaki or Beef with Broccoli for some great takeout. They don’t really do sit down service anymore but their food is the focus. Delicious and served by a hard-working family. “Don’t forget the sauce” : )“
“This is my go to spot. I love their foods especially their kathiew, they have great portion and lots of meats in there. I also have to order their Thai tea or Thai ice coffee it’s very good! They have friendly staff that’s helpful and welcoming! If you’re looking for a place to eat I’d recommend this place! I’d rather eat inside instead of doing take out.“
