“We stopped on our way to coast from Buffalo. As buffalo has great pizza, we are picky, and Palermo's pizza was fantastic! Note, a large at home for us barely feeds our family of 6, but the large here is much bigger and we ordered that and more as we were hungry but had had way too much food, lol! The service was great too! Nice stop on our route for sure!“

“I'm local to this place and go frequently. 90% of the baked goods are vegan and theres 3 or 4 menu/sandwich options that are delicious and vegan. On Sundays the owner makes bombolini, and lately there has been atleast one option that is vegan. All the food is perfect every time I go, the coffee is fantastic too.“

Rustic, quiet small interior, with the SWEETEST woman at the counter. We ordered the combination pizza, and its made so fresh, and looks like a masterpiece. Tastes like heaven. They have been in business for 64 years, and that is saying something. Well deserved! We had lunch and left with extra to munch later, and I honestly wanted to ask this wonderful lady for a hug. I will gladly pay them the $2.58 for the (2) extra toppings. This is the most affordable 18" Meat Lovers in Citrus County. Foam cups but they now have ceramic plates (my last experience didn't love the dine-in paper plates). While the location is a little out of the way for some, it makes perfect sense for them as it's around the corner from home, including staff. I didn't mind the location. Local community members (Ted is a local Rotarian) who offer 10% veteran / police / fire discounts. I appreciated that they spoke well of other pizza restaurants, supporting the community. Ted previously mentioned while other places may do things differently, that there is room for everyone as they all have their niche. Kim is from NJ (one of the pizza capitals) who pushed Ted to start this pizza venture. While he's been in the food industry, this is his first pizza business ownership. They use the industry standard Bakers Pride (quality) ovens. You may have had his food before as he does the cooking for the famous "Beast Feast". Looking forward to going back and trying their white pizza 🍕 ❤️“

“I don't get this place as far as the quality of the pizza is concerned. Their Amhest pizza is the best, so good you can't stop. Get any other pizza and it's meh, at best. There's a weird white, cheap tasting nachos like cheese they put on some of these that just ruin it. A plain ole pepperoni is just blah, the easiest one to make. What I don't get is the pizzas by the slice look amazing, a far cry from what you pick up.“

“From Canada and found this place on google while looking for somewhere to eat. What enticed me most was seeing a photo of their chicken parm, which looked good and is one of my favourite dishes; unfortunately the chicken was a let down and clearly processed. The rigatoni and bolognese that I asked for on the side was very delicious and I wished I had just ordered that. It’s your business and you can do what you want but I’d recommend maybe scrapping that chicken and finding a better source, I’d personally be willing to pay more for the dish if the chicken was actually good but I didn’t even want to eat it. However, The service I would say is not. There is multiple times I have called and they answer and say they are closed or they open later than what the time they have advertised online. It seems like they open and close whenever they feel like it. I called today to order food. They answered and said they were closed today. I asked why does online say they are open. He said. Something came up and we aren’t open til tomorrow. But as I said. This is not the first time this has happened. I’ve called on a Monday. Closed. When online says open. I’ve called on other occasions. And they are like we open at 2. When online says 12.
I get situations happen. Here and there. But with a restaurant, They need to have some more consistency.“

“First time visiting. Love the atmosphere & decor. We were seated right away for a Friday night dinner with no reservation. Service was great. Meals were fantastic! We had Chicken Parmesan and Gorganzola on Main. The portions were so large that I had two more meals of the chicken gorganzola to bring home (not a complaint). Definitely worth it! My only negative comment is that there was supposed to be spinach in that dish and if it was there, it was cut too small to find. We will go back!“

Ordered a mini pizza, which at 10" was more than enough for 1. Fresh chicken, bacon and tomatoes, delicious tomato base, overall a very good pizza. I sat at one of the 3 barstools to eat a bit before I headed out, great spot to watch cars/people. Nice little place. Friendly staff.“

“We had my baby shower at John’s Pizzeria in Chicopee, and the experience was amazing! Booking was easy, and the staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming. They even let us decorate, which made everything feel so special. Our waitress, Dailene, was phenomenal and made sure we had everything we needed. The owner also came out to check on us, which really showed how much they care about their customers. 10000/10 experience! I highly recommend this place if you’re planning an event. “My mom brought me out for my birthday yesterday and the food and service was exceptional. I got the Shrimp Alfredo with fettuccine and it was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. My Mom got a Grilled Chicken Salad and it was huge and buried with tons of chicken. My grandmother got a Steak and Cheese Grinder and the cheese pull was fantastic and it tasted amazing.
