Dunkin' Donuts in Lynn

“This place is unreal. The manager Marie along with Cherish and the rest of the crew made our holiday. My son and I cant do Xmas this year so instead we had some money saved and we both like Dunkins so we placed an order there. A couple coffees along with two wraps and a dozen donuts. We got the order but the outside of the box had a message they had ran out of donuts. We opened it up and they out did themselves. We got a variety of 9 donuts along with munchkins and a couple stix donuts. This was way better than the dozen i wanted . They pulled it off and made us very.happy. Score is 100 stars“

“All depends on which DD's you go to. I'm usually happy with the service. I went to one I believe it was a traffic circle in Lynnfield. My order was wrong. I didn't realize it til I drove off. I couldn't go back. But lesson learned.“

“I can't remember young lady with hair but she made a phenomenal ice coffee I said 2 times she needs a raise. All the folks that worked there was wonderful. I had a few munchkins and was happy ? with this location extremely clean and great music.

Dietary restrictions: I'm happy this coffee ☕ place finally offers almond milk. I'm lactose intolerant and I ask for extra if not might as well order plain black coffee.“

“The only thing that was disturbing was that me and another customer bumped into each other but my holitday cookie latte fell and all the employees just watched me cleaned didn't ask if I needed help or a replacement cuz the whole thing was gone but I've been going for decades and that won't stop me“

“I like this pit stop after a fun trip to Barkland Ave with my pups. The lady here this time was decked out for st Paddy's day coming up being almost half Irish Scottish I was impressed and asked if I can take her pic for a review ! The ice coffee is strong and plenty of ice but this is expected from every dunks some places the iced ain't fresh but it def is here I enjoyed my pick me up after Dog park enjoy this nice local coffee joint !“

“This place was really cool. We stopped in to take a break and all the workers kept asking if we needed anything and let us use the restroom even tho we didn't purchase stuff. You could tell the workers had urgency and wanted to help us.“

“I finally used the dunks app today. Received free espresso shot for this small order . You can name the order if you think you will re order same thing again . So I recommend taking the time to get the app to save time and get free items. Alot of nut free dairy free egg free foods here . My son loves the bacon topped avocado toast it's completely safe for a kid with peanut tree nut egg or dairy allergy . They do have a few tables too.

Dietary restrictions: My son has anaphylaxis life threat food allergies. Carries epi pen junior. He can tolerate sausage on croissant no egg or cheese. Avocado toast with bacon, old fashioned munchkin, strawberry coolata wheat bagel with jelly . Glazed donut didn't work out but old fashioned he definetly can eat. If you ask they can change gloves so you don't get egg on the food“
