“First visit today, although we live somewhat in the neighborhood and I am already kicking myself for not having got here sooner. Red tabbouleh spicing was very punchy and vivid. Allspice in the stuffed grape leaves make them worth coming back for, not something I think I've ever said about stuffed grape leaves before. Most unforgettable was the red lentil soup with its soft rich velvety texture over two or three layers of different delicious flavors. Great first impression, can't wait to go back, solid A leaning toward A+.“

I had traditional cuisine and everything was delightful. The lemon square was just sweet & sour enough, the truffle rich & dark, and the Madelines, Sandwichs, & Rasberry Tart all hit the spot. The Scone was smaller than anticipated, and is the single caveat to the experience.

“15 years ago I used to eat at a Skewers near my office regularly. I still remember it to this day so when I saw Skewers2GO was near my new office I couldn't resist trying it. This was especially true when I learned it was the same company I remembered.I ordered the "Skewer Box". It was a bit pricy for lunch but worth it. The salad serving was just right. The fries were excellent. The skewers were generous serving sizes, each with 4 pieces of protein and a mix of veggies. The skewers were so full that there was nowhere to hold them until you ate the first piece! They were tasty. I even ate my tomatoes and I don't usually like tomatoes! I think I preferred the chicken to the steak, but I'd have to try them both again to decide.The meal came with pita and your choice of sauce. I chose the hummus for my sauce and while the serving size was a bit small, it was tasty and worth getting again. The pita was toasted yet still light and fluffy. It wasn't the dry cardboard I'd gotten at other restaurants. I have no idea if the pita and hummus were purchased or made in house, they were good regardless.I would definitely order again. I just wish it was closer to home!“

“We ordered from Better Life Food for a small gathering to celebrate my son's First Communion. It was important to me that the guests feel safe, and Chris did not disappoint! Everything arrived individually wrapped. I was able to put out the cold appetizers immediately and quickly warm the hot appetizers. The individual dinners were delicious and super easy to reheat. Nothing dried out either! Chris really has this catering during COVID down to a science. Every guest thought the food was delicious, and as the host, I felt confident in my guests' safety.“

“I can't say enough great things about Sensational Paella. From the start we knew we wanted our food to be different than the typical plated wedding meal. I work in the food industry, so it was really important to me that we WOW our 150+ guests with something truly special. When I stumbled across Sensational Paella, I knew we had found exactly that--something truly special. Julian, his wife, and the entire crew treated us like family from start to finish. They always seemed genuinely excited to be working with us, and truly committed to providing a great experience for our guests. On the day of, they did such a phenomenal job of getting everything set up and sticking to our timeline, and I've never seen a faster and more efficient event breakdown -- the hall looked pristine not even 20 minutes after all the guests left. Then, of course there was the food. FREAKING AMAZING. Our guests couldn't stop telling us how amazing the paella was; so many people told us it was the best food they ever had at a wedding, which meant the world to us. There was more than enough paella for all our guests to have as much as they wanted AND for us to still take home three big tray fulls of paella. We opted for four different paellas on our buffet: the paella mixta (meat and seafood), seafood paella, meat paella, and veg paella--which was an awesome selection that naturally catered to guests with food restrictions or allergies without compromising on a great meal. The whole team at Sensational Paella went above and beyond for us, making sure we got a sample of the charcuterie platter all to ourselves, and bringing us plates of food right at the beginning of dinner. They even brought in and stacked all the chairs from our outdoor ceremony during dinner, which was really kind and saved us so much time at the end of the night. I couldn't recommend Sensational Paella more. If you want something unique that will really wow your guests, you cannot possibly go wrong with Julian and his team. Great people and great food.“

“This was an unexpectedly wonderful place to enjoy my evening. I’ve lived near this restaurant for several months and tonight was my first time inside. Not only is the space incredibly comfy, but the staff were remarkably generous and fun to chat with. I had three delicious courses prepared by Chef Misha, then enjoyed a lovely piano performance while sipping some Turkish coffee. You won’t regret spending an evening or weekend afternoon here. The food was absolutely stunning! Capers has a wide variety of interesting menu options, far beyond your typical wedding dishes. We ended up going with BBQ, Asian, and fall seasonal stations, in addition to an assortment of fun appetizers, plus gourmet donuts for dessert. “We booked Hungry Nomads for our outdoor wedding in September 2024. I totally recommend Hungry Nomads for private events!! Communication was quick and easy from the start. We chose to do the standard menu which is what they have on their regular food truck menu for the season. There was an option to work with them to customize the menu if we wanted. Our guests have raved about the food since the wedding! Many went up for multiple orders despite the portions being huge because they wanted to try everything! The favorites from the guests are the Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich and the Birria Tacos. I personally love their burrito and the thick cut fries. We did have a second food option but Hungry Nomads was definitely capable of feeding our whole reception (130 guests). I cannot wait to find Hungry Nomads out and about at other events so I can continue to enjoy their food! We can’t thank them enough for being part of our wedding day team and helping to make the day perfect!“
