“Lovely setting with spacious seating and light open atmosphere. We were promptly greeted and our order was taken not too long after sitting down. I ordered a Beef and Broccoli with noodles and I quite enjoyed it. Can't wait to visit again!“

“J and J is my families new spot for Asain tasty treats. Jean is a fantastic owner. She makes you feel like family from the time you enter the establishment. Sushi was fresh and delicious. They even made a special chicken tempura roll for my wife and added it to their POS ordering system for future visits. We call it the Elisabet roll named after my wife of course. My kids smashed every morsel of food on their plates which is especially rare for my picky 6 year old daughter who just loved her fried rice and Salmon. Kids meals are adult size so it's a great value . I had two Scorpion ? Bowls which got me feeling pretty lively. I imagine moving forward we will be doning weekly at J & J . “Convenient location (from the mall) and easy online ordering. We were surprised that our order took nearly 25 minutes but realized it was because the dumplings clearly were made to order from scratch. Everything was outstanding and the wait staff happily let us sit inside and gave water while we waited. Truly a hidden gem.“

“Kokeshi is in residency with Bambolina (a wood-fired pizza joint, also delicious) and it's perfect! My husband and I (and our puppy, Dexter) stopped in for lunch on Wednesday and were treated to a wonderful meal with an awesome server and comfortable outdoor seating. I had the Spicy White Kimchi Ramen and my husband had the Margherita pizza. Both were amazing! I highly recommend stopping in when in Salem!“

“Super kind employees and super tasty and authentic banh mi —fairly priced. I've been to many different kinds of banh mi shops/Vietnamese restaurants, from traditional to fancy to experimental, and this place is among the best I've had. The bread has a nice crisp on the outside while maintaining a soft interior. I normally get nuoc cham on the side to dip it in, but these are so well flavored that they don't need it. The signature is my personal favorite. Try it —you'll like it.“

“Been meaning to try this place since it opened and I'm sad I didn't try it earlier. My partner and I shared the lemon grass chicken sandwich and the Cambodian buffalo wings. Ah-mazing! “For years I was always under the impression that this was Beverly's worst Chinese food restaurant. The lobby is dingy and outdated blah blah blah. Well I was wrong. My husband was in charge of ordering take out one night and our usual place wasn't answering their phone. In frustration he called China Wok. We were pleasantly surprised. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious and actually better than our usual go to. Don't judge a book by its cover. The food was delicious“

“The new Lynnfield location is within walking distance of my office. The food is great. Everything I’ve tried from the menu has been delicious. My favorite (so far) is the Hunan chicken. Spicy without being too hot, and loaded with crunchy vegetables and generous slices of chicken. The counter staff is very friendly and the prices are good. Will absolutely be returning over and over.“
