The appetizers were the star of the show, but the desserts were fantastic too. They set up everything at the venue, and did cleanup as well. “Why does Mary have so few reviews?? She's INCREDIBLE. She was our wedding venue's recommended caterer and she did not disappoint. EVERYONE complimented the food. She worked with my fiancé and I to create a complex customized wedding buffet menu - we needed a gluten free table and a separate dairy free table, we wanted our wedding to be a formal tea party and needed all the food to match that theme, etc. She was great about staying in contact and immediately replying whenever I had a question; she also brought a bride platter for me while I was getting ready (she was right - the bride doesn't have time to eat!) that had deviled eggs, which weren't even part of our menu but she remembered me saying I loved so she made them for me. If I ever have another event in Salem, I'm definitely contacting her.“

“They are amazing! Food is spectacular! Services is wonderful and they are so easy to work with. They catered my wedding, help set up, attended bar, and so much more! So grateful! They made my day go so smoothly at peirce farm. Pictures are of the wonderful set up colleen and her crew did. For food we got stuffed fish, cordon Bleu, Mac and cheese, and vegetables. For appetizers got crab cakes, bruschetta, lamb chops and the harvest salad. All amazing!!“

“This was an unexpectedly wonderful place to enjoy my evening. I’ve lived near this restaurant for several months and tonight was my first time inside. Not only is the space incredibly comfy, but the staff were remarkably generous and fun to chat with. I had three delicious courses prepared by Chef Misha, then enjoyed a lovely piano performance while sipping some Turkish coffee. You won’t regret spending an evening or weekend afternoon here. “A really solid convenience store - great local beer selection, basic spirits (and some local microdistilleries, like Bully Boy), tons of wine. Also a surprisingly good basic grocery section - half and half, bread, milk, but also some couscous, brown rice. They've got a sandwich counter too, but I haven't ordered one yet. Check it out!“

“We booked Hungry Nomads for our outdoor wedding in September 2024. I totally recommend Hungry Nomads for private events!! Communication was quick and easy from the start. We chose to do the standard menu which is what they have on their regular food truck menu for the season. There was an option to work with them to customize the menu if we wanted. Our guests have raved about the food since the wedding! Many went up for multiple orders despite the portions being huge because they wanted to try everything! The favorites from the guests are the Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich and the Birria Tacos. I personally love their burrito and the thick cut fries. We did have a second food option but Hungry Nomads was definitely capable of feeding our whole reception (130 guests). I cannot wait to find Hungry Nomads out and about at other events so I can continue to enjoy their food! We can’t thank them enough for being part of our wedding day team and helping to make the day perfect!“
