This location is frequently out of Baked Potato and the app cannot give any refunds so you have to pick a replacement item at the window or take the loss. It would be nice if there was an IOU slip instead (or ability to get a refund). Im about 3 for 10 on potatoes“

“Whipped Feta Dip was incredible. Nashville Chicken Sandwich with hot honey was great. My wife had a Fancy salad with grilled chicken that looked too healthy for me, but she raved about it. Service was great, everybody we interacted with was smart, friendly and upbeat. I'm eager to return.“

“Went to Nan’s Kitchen in Southborough for the first time yesterday! So glad I did. Got a grilled chicken wrap with avocado and it was amazing!! The wrap was huge and so reasonably priced. “The service from Izzy at the Worcester location was top notch! And the food was amazing! Cooked well and was served hot and fresh! We ordered the Poutine for an appetizer and my husband ordered The Gatsby burger and I ordered The Phenomenal burger!! Both were outstanding as well as the traditional northeast classic (Poutine). Very interesting flavor combos that pleases the palate.“

“It maybe looks a little sketchy lowkey but inside is much nicer. The staff were incredible and brought the food right to our table with a big smile and 2 fun sauce squeeze container thingys that I like to use. I got the x bacon burger personally and it was gigantic and huge. I liked the taste. I loved it actually! “What a fantastic Applebee's location. Stopped in over the weekend after a long drive down from Maine. We were hungry and the not only was the food fast and delicious, our server was great and even the manager came over talked with us and made us feel welcomed. Thank you for the fantastic lunch.“

“New Years Day: dinner time - huge thank you to the woman running expo/aboyeur (putting together the orders/organizing/handing them to customers). Shes ALSO cooking/serving all the French fries simultaneously. She moved like lightening, made sure all orders were correct, and had to announce the orders to the customers who are lost in a daze or on their phones. The entire crew was absolutely cranking out delicious food. They were keeping up with the huge volume of orders. Impressive. Well done. I wish there was a tip jar at the pick up area. She couldn't stop working long enough for me to try and hand off a tip. Next time. (I did tip on the pick up order online).“

We mostly went there because it was open at the time and we were long past breakfast hours elsewhere AND were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the meal and the competence and quality of the service.“

“I wanted a chicken sandwich. It was okay. The fries and apple pies were fantastic! But also there are these little signs everywhere saying if you take more than an hour to eat they will tow your car. And the lobby is like, the perfect dim, quiet, relaxing empty restaurant lobby for reading and eating your food slowly so that made me really nervous and I won't come back. The people at the counter were super nice and the service was the fastest at any BK I've ever been to though.“

“since they updated their location, it has been a little bit faster. I have not bad inside yet but from the outside looking through the window looks very nice inside. Glad to see that they have improved the location and upgraded it. It needed an update. but you guys need to beat McDonald’s one dollar size drinks if you can’t beat it match it. or at least make a deal. Buy one large drink get one free.“

“Dress code is extremely strict - if anyone arrives in a cheap suit that you purchased for under $10k, they won't even let you get anywhere near the entrance, so please do yourself a favor by avoiding the inevitable humiliation and going to a less exclusive place. A group of five should expect a $2,000 bill at the very least. The atmosphere, ambiance, elaborate and extravagant design of the place, is utterly extraordinary and otherworldly - the overall experience is amazing, uncomparable to any other place in the world - no human language that I'm aware of has words that could come close to properly describing it. You'll be a forever changed person after you come here for the first time. It's a mystery who owns the place or when it was built, well everything about this place is mysterious honestly. Nobody around knows any of the staff. It's bizarre. It has been theorized that this place is supernatural in some way. Lots of theories. Who knows. Maybe it's an interdimensional portal of some sort. Maybe a portal into the afterlife, heaven, hell, who knows. Something feels otherworldly when you're inside. Nobody wants to go too often, because everyone feels strange after leaving, drained, like you've been somewhere humans aren't really meant to go. I don't plan on ever going back myself, I fear the unknown and I've probably said way too much already so I better shut up. Nowadays I avoid driving near that location. I'm not the only one either.“
