“It did the job for sure at 8pm and needed something quick to keep me going. I got the sweet onion teriyaki chicken. I added a bunch of veggies (minus the lettuce, not saying that they don't wash the lettuce well, but with all the news going on with lettuce lately, I opted for spinach) and they were tasty and clean. The worker was very attentive, quick and polite, even patient when I took a little bit on deciding what I wanted. The place was empty when I was there, but it looked clean! The sandwich was tasty, I wouldn't call it the best dang sandwich I've ever ingested in my life, but by fast food standards, it was great 👍 would stop by again.“

“It was so nice walking in and being greeted by Steven and his team. Steven was friendly, attentive and just had such a great attitude. We’re pretty particular about how we like our sandwiches made, and he actually listened and made them exactly how we asked, which doesn’t always happen at other Jersey Mike’s locations we’ve been to!

Steven also has a great sense of humor and upbeat personality. He had customers laughing, and you could tell his positive energy carried over to his team too.

“I put in a last minute catering order, the online system has built in guardrails and I needed it faster. I called the store and they accommodated my needs graciously. When picking up the manager noticed my full hands and ran out behind me to ensure someone could open my car door to load the food. All in all a great choice for a team lunch!“

“I was travelling and stopped at the service centre on the highway/turnpike. I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Rice and Grain Bowl. It had lots of chicken, with some veges, rice and bits of pineapple. “I was seeing everyone talking so highly about this place, and I wanted to share my experience too. I went there for the first time on Tuesday early morning and I was treated very well. The girl who helped me was tall, sweet, and very beautiful, and she was extremely kind to me. She even mentioned that she was a little nervous because it was also her first day, but she still gave me amazing service. Since it was my first time there, I didn’t really know what to order, so she explained everything and recommended the best thing she had ever tried. “I’ve been twice to this location and both times my online order was made quickly and as requested. The food was prepared neatly and packed well with the correct sides (chips and kickin ranch).

As to the quality of the food, people this Jimmy John’s so they’ve got the same exact turkey, roast beef, etc as every other location in existence. No complaints from me, I know what I’m getting. The bread has been fresh and the veggies fresh as well.

I appreciate the owners of this franchise and also recognize the managers from some of the other dunks locations I’ve been going to for what seems like YEARS (west concord, nine acre corners). I’m sure the kinks will work themselves out as they go.

EDIT: third trip was a disappointment, ordered a turkey with cheese and they forgot the cheese, didn’t cut in half, and missed some of the other modifications and included regular ranch instead of kickin. First world problems but kind of a bummer. I should know to check my order before I get home.“

“This place was absolutely excellent. There were 2 kind young men who helped me order, one Asian man and a young kid with a hat on. They were very kind to me when ordering, and let me take my time and we’re very patient with me. 10/10 would recommend, and the sandwich was great 👍“
