“I went into this location and I ordered wings and a pizza and when I got into the car I tried the pizza and initially I thought they gave me the wrong sauce.. upon going in I realize I had made the error.. and when I was informed by the woman at the front counter and made the wrong error she wasn't upset she didn't give me any attitude. Instead she found a way to rectify the situation in upon it being my mistake still managed to get me the right pizza without having to charge me.. know that but she got it all promptly
. Turns out she was the assistant manager name is Leandra and thank you Leandra it is hard to find good service in the food industry nowadays but you had handled that situation so well and so perfect and encourages me to come back to this location..“

“Birdies did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, the service was great and the vibe was welcoming. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. “I’ve been eating here for a long time and generally enjoy the food. The chicken is flavorful, and it’s one of my favorite peri-peri spots. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The rice and chicken portions are often quite small, and the rice is not always fresh. At the same time, the salad portions tend to be very large compared to the rice. A better balance between the sides and more consistent freshness would make the overall experience even better.“

“Had a GREAT meal here with several friends before attending a concert at a nearby venue. The hot chicken was delicious (I went medium spice), and the seasoned fries hit the spot. Ordering was easy with the kiosk, but you could give your order to the clerk behind the counter. The food didn't take long to be brought to our table, and their service was impeccable! It looks like they do a LOT of DoorDash, etc, because every couple minutes a delivery person with a helmet on came by to show their phone and pick up an order.“

It was literally the best pizza and wings and ice cream we’ve ever had! The people were so friendly and upbeat. The restaurant was so clean and very well managed. Not sitting under a heat lamp.
Of course there was a small wait but it was Hot and Fresh!
I ate inside and the atmosphere was so peaceful.
There weren’t any annoying fry-o-laters beeping with unanswered alarms like other places and no music was playing.

Quiet and nice place and the manager was very nice and cordial.
The dining area was closed for renovations for a long time but now it’s reopened and it’s classy.

“Ive lived in the area for 7 years and drove by this place many times and never felt inspired to check it out based on its curb appeal. Inside its a standard mid-sized local sports bar that I get the sense has a loyal local following. To my surprise food was above average and staff was very very friendly. Full bar, but limited draft selection if your a beer snob this probably isnt your spot.“

“The woman who took my order over the phone knew exactly who I was when I walked in. She was so nice! My beef chow fun was ready in 5 minutes and is so fresh. I had to try it as soon as I got to the car because the smell was intoxicating. The portion size is out of this world and has all the things a dry beef chow fun should—sliced white onions, green scallions, bean sprouts and of course, wok heiiiii. 😍 Will be back to try more of their offerings, especially the roasted duck that you can see hanging; the beautiful aroma filled the shop. The restaurant is cash-only and has plenty of booth style seating available. I liked the chill vibe in there and will eat inside next time.“

“I ordered the spicy rose Ddeok-bokki and mango lemonade and pickled radish, which all were so good!

Ngl this is the best Ddeok-bokki I’ve ever had. It tastes like how I would cook it at home, creamy, rich, flavorful and cheesy. The portion was big which surprised me and half of it filled me. The rice cakes were big and chewy. It also had boiled egg, cabbage, and fish cakes. I normally don’t like the fish cakes in Ddeok-bokki but this was good!

We ordered through Grubhub, and somewhere in the ordering process Grubhub changed our order location to Cambridge. While Grubhub offered absolutely no help in the issue, both the Cambridge and Boylston St locations worked together to transfer the order to the correct location. This ensured we were not double charged and that we still got our food at the time we needed it. We are so grateful, and excited to eat our delicious BBQ chicken!“
