“It's bittersweet because the food is great and almost everyone that works there is polite except for the girl that wears the headphones in the pink sweatshirt at the Middleton place. she always has an attitude. she always has a look on her face like I shouldn't be here and I'm better than everybody. never says please never says thank you never responds to you when you say thank you. I will no longer go to this place this has been multiple visits that the lady has been totally unfriendly and I think it makes everyone in the room at that time very uncomfortable. 12.20.24 7:23 AM.“

“I am a huge fan of key lime pie and have sampled it at pretty much every opportunity. Each time, I find something that isn’t an A+. The crust is too grainy or crumbly, the bakery has added meringue (which I like on lemon but not lime), or—and this is the most common offender—there is entirely too much lime in the recipe. But the key lime pie I had at Caramel was exceptional in every possible way, especially in its balance of lime flavor. I didn’t try anything else there, so I can’t vouch for the macarons or other goodies, but if you love key lime pie, RUN to this bakery!“

“Was in the area for a convention and happily stumbled onto Colette's. The ladies working the counter were very pleasant and helpful. The croissants we purchased were absolutely delicious, while the macarons were great as well. Street parking was a bit of a challenge but worth the effort. Definitely would stop again if we are in the area.“

Sometimes you attend a wedding and they are trying to send cake home with everyone, there was nothing left to send. The guests loved it and most importantly, so did the bride and groom. “Colarusso’s has become by go-to bakery. When my family realized I stopped there for Easter treats, I was immediately asked if I brought the chocolate cream pie again (of course!). While waiting, I grabbed some pizzelle & a big milk chocolate egg that we always had when I was a kid at Grandma’s house on Easter. Seeing a sign for struffoli, I had to grab some. My grandmother may turn over in her grave for this, but OMG! They were amazing! And so much better than grandma made (sorry Grammy 😇). They were so light and airy, & were perfection. I’ve never had anything that wasn’t incredible & delicious.“

Purchased a gingerbread cookie kit to do with my Grandmother who had just gotten out of Winchester hospital. “There is a variety of bread that is most similar to Salvadoran bread and it is good but I don't like that the customer serves themselves and there are customers who are not very clean and try to reach for the bread that is placed at the back and that way they drag themselves past. sleeve of his jacket the bread that is placed on the edge, that is, in front and I don't like that.
