Not hosting this event at home, allowed us to really enjoy our guests and to leave the planning up to the experts. “We called at the last minute hoping to get a table for two, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. Elisa, one of the sister owners, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She let us choose between two seating options, personally made sure our table was clean and ready, and checked in throughout the evening to ensure we were enjoying our food and leaving happy and full.

Michelle, our bartender, was friendly, attentive, and a pleasure to talk with. She made sure we always had everything we needed.

The food was outstanding. We ordered the Cioppino and the Pasta Antonietta, and both were exceptional. The presentation was beautiful, and the flavor was incredible. Every bite was delicious.

The combination of amazing food and genuine hospitality made this a five star dining experience. We can’t wait to return!“

“As the inventor of the fried clam, this place destroyed almost all other places that sell fried clams.
The fried clams that I had here yesterday were the best that I ever had! The slaw was good too.
This place is huge and is able to handle large crowds.
There are two separate lines/counters for beverages vs food. There are free drink refills on the fountain drinks.
The staff here does a great job.
I am thankful that I learned of this place and was able to go here.
They offer ice cream, but it is seasonal.
I really do need to reassess my prior fried clam restaurant choices…

“We drive 45 minutes to & from to eat at the Clam Box. My husband grew up down the street and I worked in town for 15 years. Plus my parents would take me there as a kid. ALWAYS consistent! ALWAYS delicious. 10 out of 10! Worth the wait in line at peak season every time!“

Our waitress Rayna was very friendly and at my husband’s prompting eagerly gave us her recommendations which were spot on. I ordered sausage & gravy Benedict & my husband ordered the homemade corned beef Benedict which both served on large crispy English muffins ! The corned beef was crispy too and the portions were large with select side of home fries also seasoned well! So good! Come to find out our waitress parent’s are our neighbors ! Small world! We were seated outside with a harbor and park view. It was quiet, in the shade and thoroughly enjoyable. We had the lobster roll and a dozen oysters and the food was delicious. The service was great, and the ambiance is a chill casual come as you are vibe.
The seafood quality is great. The flavors on the other hand were a bit bland, and I needed to add lemon Tabasco, cocktail and, tartar sauce, but par for the area as I imagine that's how the residence of the area prefer their seafood.
Overall it was good and I'd eat it again, and would add some Old Bay seasoning at least.“

“I've been coming here since they opened and never been disappointed. I usually get a half-dozen/dozen bagels and/or a couple smoothies and it's become somewhat of a tradition on Sundays.

Very kind and efficient staff that run the place like a well-oiled machine. It gets quite busy, and the parking situation could be better, but it is a testament to how popular and delicious everything is.

“They've got two of the best bartenders in New Hampshire, hands down. The vibe here is casual, friendly, and perfect for catching a game--there are TVs everywhere, so you won't miss a thing. The food is seriously impressive. The fish tacos are fantastic, and somehow they're offering a $9.99 lobster roll, which is hard to beat. Everything I've tried has been delicious. Drinks are just as good--$2 draft beers are always on special, which makes it even better. And yes--free popcorn! It's always a nice touch and makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. What really stands out, though, is the service. The staff checks in often without being overbearing, making sure you have everything you need. It genuinely feels like one of those places "where everybody knows your name."
