“We drive 45 minutes to & from to eat at the Clam Box. My husband grew up down the street and I worked in town for 15 years. Plus my parents would take me there as a kid. ALWAYS consistent! ALWAYS delicious. 10 out of 10! Worth the wait in line at peak season every time!“

Yes, the coffee is excellent and the food is very good, but it's the warmth and hospitality of the owner, Bud, that has impressed us most. “This is my new favorite place. The chef really knows what hes doing.
The kimchi rueban is out of this world. Or if you like salmon you have to try the crunchy salmon with lentil hash and rice.

The whole staff was welcoming and attentive.

“We love May Flower! They seem to be under new ownership for the past year and I will say we go for sushi atleast once a month and love it! The fish is always fresh and the flavors are on point! We love the Paris Maki, Jimmy Maki, and Dancing Maki. Crab Rangoon is also really tasty! Staff is friendly and live locally.

Oh and you have to get a Mai Tai ;)“

“As the inventor of the fried clam, this place destroyed almost all other places that sell fried clams.
The fried clams that I had here yesterday were the best that I ever had! The slaw was good too.
This place is huge and is able to handle large crowds.
There are two separate lines/counters for beverages vs food. There are free drink refills on the fountain drinks.
The staff here does a great job.
I am thankful that I learned of this place and was able to go here.
They offer ice cream, but it is seasonal.
I really do need to reassess my prior fried clam restaurant choices…

“The food was delicious here. The portion size was great! I forgot to take pictures but the food was so very good.

It was hard deciding between 5 Star and 4 Star. I wish we could give fraction of stars because while the food tasted great there are some things that keep it from a perfect 5 stars.

The meat and veggies and huge chunks in the curry so you have to spend time cutting them down to make the bites and the duck was a little dry, not much and the flavor was so good that it almost didn't matter.

So I really think this place deserves like a 4.8 or 4.9 stars. it's so close to just a pure amazing Thai place.“

“I've gone to A&B burger almost weekly with my friend as a get together for beer and their $5 burger after 8PM. They're phenomenal, the service is great, the price is awesome especially their late burger special. Also, the burger is a basic but delicious burger and you can't go wrong with it ever. “We loved Newburyport and were grateful to find a perfect location for our lunch stop on our way from Boston to Acadia. Elizabeth was our server and she was excellent. We were seated outside with a harbor and park view. It was quiet, in the shade and thoroughly enjoyable. We had the lobster roll and a dozen oysters and the food was delicious. It was hard to live this charming town, but it won our hearts so we hope to be back. Thank you!!“

“My wife and I have not had much luck with dining out lately so when it came to picking a restaurant for our anniversary dinner I was nervous that I would find the right place. I came across Nine Elm and read the reviews. They were amazing. So we made a reservation but I was still cautiously optimistic. Things could not have gone better! We arrived and where we were seated was noising, not what we wanted for an anniversary dinner. When I asked the waitress if there was a quieter spot she went to speak to the manager in we were moved immediately. The general atmosphere of the restaurant is nice and the staff is very friendly but professional. The wine was lovely and the food delicious. We ordered the duck and the swordfish special and they were both cooked to perfection. For dessert we split a Creme Brule. The custard was light and creamy a pleasant surprise. We had an amazing time. We will be back!“

“What can I say other than magical?! We were fortunate enough to host my son’s 11th birthday party in the back room (The kids loved the secret hidden entrance through the bookcase). Tons of great games for all ages and the food was fantastic! Literally everything we had was gourmet quality and up to my foodie 11 year-old’s standards. “Came by on Father's Day for a mid afternoon lunch with my son & 2 grandsons after a couple hours ( 3 strings), of highly competitive, and hard fought candlepin bowling at Sunnyside Lanes in Danvers, service was prompt& attentive, the food done right, fresh, & tasty, and the price was fair and in line with today's dining out financial issues, everything was eaten -up, even the boys( ages 8+10, who can be a little fussy sometimes, ate a little more than half their portions until they were full and then both requested doggie bags so they could have it later at home,which they usually don't do. We just walked in hoping it wasn't too crowded, cause we didn't even try reservations, not too crowded at all, a few folks sitting at the bar watching Sox, and about half the booths taken, not loud at all, had easy to hear conversations, and just a positive experience, we'll be back.“

Golden nachos COVERED in tender pulled pork and fresh cheese, chicken tenders are hand battered and well seasoned, hand cut french fries cooked to perfection. Food and service have been superb, consistent, and dependable. Definitely a regular spot for us.“
