The manager of the JM near me said no. I even told her Id call somewhere else, she said "OK" with such attitude. So, I called Plainville Jersey Mike's as Ive ordered here personally and am never disappointed. Well, once again, no disappointment from Plainville Jersey Mikes!! I told them what I needed and they were more than happy to help! The team is always friendly, the restaurant is clean and organized and the food is fresh!! I spoke with Wesley after my event and he made sure everything went well and all my clients employees enjoyed the food! (They did!) The 2 young men working there whose names were Will and Jelson helped me pick a sandwich because I have never been there before. They recommended me the Big Kahuna and it was the best sandwich I have ever had. The service was amazing and the food came out quick. “I went into Jersey Mike’s in Attleboro yesterday and it was around 12:15 of a very busy Friday. It’s the first time I’ve been in Jersey Mike’s and I was very impressed. The staff was fast and very friendly. They chatted with each customer and you felt a sense of community and belonging. I was very impressed to see they cut the deli meat for your sandwich right in front of the customer and he was fast and very proficient at placing the slices on the bread. Each sandwich looked very professional and neat. As I said before he (the owner/manager possibly) he safely chatted with the customer while he built their sandwich for them. The woman doing the “fixings” for the food was also fast and friendly to each customer. The whole team worked as one and it really was very nice to see the community and life coming back into the food service around here. They worked as if they shared a heartbeat. Thank you for a delicious steak big Kahuna sub with yummy bread. Great job y’all. I’ll most definitely be back.“

My mom placed it online and I picked it up for us to have together on our lunch breaks. We got 2 sandos, 2 drinks, and 2 chips. I guess there was an issue with the system and the order wasn't placed through even though it was paid for. The employees working were so nice And helpful doing what they could in the situation. An attempt to call the owner was made but being a Sunday afternoon they couldn't be reached which I understand. I did end up having to re order in person and pay again but a refund to my online account went through just hours later. I just want to commend the employees that tried their best to help me in a situation that was out of their control.
