“Union Cafe has become one of my favorite go-to places in Lynn, MA. My wife and I recently moved to the area and upon visiting Union Cafe, we found the options limited for us due to the fact my wife and I are both vegan. After speaking with the very friendly owner, Charbell, and telling him, though we loved the place, thaat except for muffins, and beverages, there wasn't much for us to eat. He asked us what he could do to facilite us and after brought in Impossible burgers and Felafel wraps, both vegan. It has now become our regualar haunt. The entire staff is very friendly and provides exceptional service. I love when a business owner listens to his customers and responds so well. BTW, my wife loves the felafel and they cook the Impossible burger to order which is fantastic!“

“With so few bubble tea hangout spots outside of Boston, Teamoji is one of the few places I genuinely recommend. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff. I was pleasantly surprised by how extensive the menu was, which made choosing a drink a challenge in the best way. The shop was clean, inviting, and featured a cute seating area that's perfect for hanging out. The drink I ordered met my expectations perfectly, with the right balance of sweetness, flavor, and texture. I'm glad I decided to give Teamoji a try, and I'll definitely be coming back. Oh...can't forget how easy finding parking was, there's plenty!!“

“I give it five stars. Best spot I found in the area. I was here on a week-long business trip and ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner here every day, - nothing better in the county. Everything is tasty, fresh, high quality, fast, and reasonably priced. Breakfasts, bowls, and paninis were especially good. Free fruit-infused water in the dining area is a nice touch. Friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend. I’ll be back.“

As a former barista (few years back), I know firsthand the talent and skill that goes into multitasking beverage crafting and keeping a conversation going with the individual you're helping and this, I believe, is Katie's superpower. No issues with my order, never forgot the small substations (soy milk, extra sweet), and got it to me faster than I ever had at a Nero to boot! A+ service, A+ food and drink. “The food and drinks are very good... making you're own breakfast sandwich is a game-changer.. all of the food is great. The only downfall that keeps me from going more frequently is they don't have regular iced coffee. They have regular hot coffee, flavored iced coffee (decaf, hazelnut, french vanilla), and they have cold brew.. no regular iced coffee, which seems like a very simple thing to just not have when you have like 100 types of lattes lol... I get the cold brew when I do go, but its a once in a while thing, can't do cold brew all the time.“

I just had surgery on my hand and I mentioned to my cousin how an omelette would be easier to eat then picking up a sandwich. “I have been going to Empower for 5 years now, and Nick and the rest of his staff never fail to exceed expectations! This is one of my favorite places to grab my morning caffeine and catch up with the team! The teas offer a feeling of clean energy that I've really grown to love as I've moved away from coffee. Also, I love seeing how involved this store is with the community--They have hosted some amazing events in the Woburn community and I love seeing local businesses, teachers, and police officers at the cafe everyday. Empower is truly doing some amazing community-building work, which I really value...And that's not to say that their teas aren't also ADDICTING. Can't recommend enough“

“Classic office cafe with some of the best service I've experienced anywhere. I used to work across the street and made it a point to come over almost every afternoon for the excellent offerings and the awesome service.

Variety of options available and almost anything not on the hot line can be customized to your liking. Be sure to ask if you arent sure, and someone will definitely do their best to help or accommodate your needs. Caesar wrap and BBQ Chicken Bacon Ranch wraps were my go to and, when they have them, the sweet potato fries are top notch.

Coming here I felt like I was valued. My business was appreciated and the staff go above and beyond. Almost forgot to mention, those cookies and brownies are legit. Make sure to get one, and if you time it right, get em while theyre hot!“

Quick and excellent customer service, lots of fresh made options, menu has a lot to offer and the price point was amazing 🤩. Even better the food and latte quality were absolutely outstanding! I was looking for dessert, but on the kiosk, under bakeries Nero wasn’t listed, in fact, hardly a thing was, so I planned to go without until I stumbled upon Nero on my way out. They bake fresh every day. It’s a very comfortable and relaxingenvironment and as noted above excellent service. He was serving an outrageous range of coffee, specialties, and the bakery goods looked carefully crafted. The chocolate cake was quite delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place.“
