The owner is so personable it makes you feel comfortable being there, she even gave me a free meal to try. Whenever I come in early, the guy working is absolutely awesome. He is polite, fast, and handles the morning rush with a great attitude that you don't see very often these days. It makes a huge difference when you are greeted by someone who genuinely cares about doing a good job. The cafe is always clean, the food is fresh, and his outstanding customer service makes it my favorite spot for breakfast. Highly recommend stopping by in the morning“

“Union Cafe has become one of my favorite go-to places in Lynn, MA. My wife and I recently moved to the area and upon visiting Union Cafe, we found the options limited for us due to the fact my wife and I are both vegan. After speaking with the very friendly owner, Charbell, and telling him, though we loved the place, thaat except for muffins, and beverages, there wasn't much for us to eat. He asked us what he could do to facilite us and after brought in Impossible burgers and Felafel wraps, both vegan. It has now become our regualar haunt. The entire staff is very friendly and provides exceptional service. I love when a business owner listens to his customers and responds so well. BTW, my wife loves the felafel and they cook the Impossible burger to order which is fantastic!“

“This is my favorite coffee spot in Beverly. They are always well staffed and friendly, and their baristas are consistent with drink and espresso shot quality. I’ve been here often enough over the past year that I can tell they have good staff retention, which is a good sign that they treat their people well, and I know helps with that quality and consistency.

I recommend their hot chocolate with their house made marshmallow, anything with espresso in it, and their tot bowls. Their tater tots are delicious and any sandwich can be made into a tot bowl.

I would skip the bakery items unless you have a little one, they are the only item type that I’d skip here. That said, I’d love to see babka or homemade poptarts in the case, but am happy with my hot food and iced latte.“

“Lively but fun place. Waited a bit in a line but after ordering the food and drinks came out quickly! We got the fluffy ghost matchas, a north shore sandwich, and a sausage egg and cheese sandwich with herb ketchup. Both sandwiches were to die for (couldn’t even get a picture before digging in).“

They are so kind and welcoming to every single person that comes in. Aside from that, the coffee is AMAZING! They have so many different flavors to choose from and you can customize any drink however you like (even if it's not on the menu). Also, the breakfast sandwiches... wow. “The food and drinks are very good... making you're own breakfast sandwich is a game-changer.. all of the food is great. The only downfall that keeps me from going more frequently is they don't have regular iced coffee. They have regular hot coffee, flavored iced coffee (decaf, hazelnut, french vanilla), and they have cold brew.. no regular iced coffee, which seems like a very simple thing to just not have when you have like 100 types of lattes lol... I get the cold brew when I do go, but its a once in a while thing, can't do cold brew all the time.“

“The best bagels around and absolutely amazing cappuccino. The only reason for the 4 stars vs 5 on service is because the young girl I constantly get just doesn't seem to want to be there. Don't get me wrong service is fast, orders come out exactly how you ordered them. However, the counter staff taking your order should, at the very least, be pleasant.“
