“pressed cafe was definitely a pleasant surprise. by the end of the meal, we knew we had made a good choice. although it’s part of a larger chain, the quality of the food feels consistently well managed.

I really appreciated the extensive and wholesome menu, especially the dedicated vegetarian and vegan selections. they offer a variety of plant-based meat alternatives, so there are plenty of protein options to choose from.

I ordered one of their veggie burgers, and it was genuinely satisfying. the mac and cheese on the side was creamy and enjoyable, though it could have used a bit more flavor. still, I liked its overall taste.

the portions of their dishes may look small at first, but don’t be fooled. the meal was surprisingly filling and left me completely satisfied.

overall, this is the kind of comforting brunch spot i’d happily return to. I only wish I had more opportunities to visit.“

“our family couldn't be more happy that you relaunched and opened. My children, now adults have the fondest memories of having lunch at Michael's place. And never were we more happy than seeing Claudio and Eddie from deli King behind the line cooking. both establishments were such a staple for us. That being said, our breakfast was absolutely delicious. grilled corn muffin, grilled bagel with cream cheese, side of hash and a steak and cheese omelette with home fries and a big old bowl of tater tots hit the spot! And although I did not get pancakes, the gentleman next to me probably should have won a t-shirt if he was going to finish that plate 😂 They were gorgeous! size of a large plate“

4stars because They are pricey. $3.08 a macaroon for if you buy a box of 12 macaroons for $37.
I wouldnt mind if the macaroons were larger though.

“Stopped in to Jimmy’s Market today and the advertising I’ve seen on how good their food is was definitely accurate. I ordered a Brennan which was chicken fingers, American cheese, delicious bacon, topped with a nice honey mustard. Definitely very tasty. My buddy ordered a steak and cheese with mushroom, pepper and onion. It looked amazing and he said it was delicious. They were busy celebrating 50 years in business and there is no wonder why they’ve been so successful for so long. We definitely recommend stopping by!“

“Always have recommended for a normal ice cream day but after today, HIGHLY recommend even more for a catering gig! We did a make your own sundae bar for Teacher Appreciation Week and it was a huge hit(60)! Working with Joe to get everything ordered and organized was a piece of cake! He was so helpful with suggestions and always replying back so quickly. Liz delivered to our school and was so helpful, showing me how to use the warmer and even helping to unpack the ice creams into the freezer. Their sizes and prices are unbeatable compared to some local places around and my kids absolutely love all their flavors and my husband is a big fan of the banana bucket. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new place to try because if you haven't tried here, you have been missing out!“

This place is reasonably priced, moves the line quick, and most importantly has THE best Richardson’s ice cream. My favorite is the peanut butter oreo! Not just dog friendly but dog lovers! “Dinner at Villa Roma is always exquisite! The food is so good. Having been raised in a South American household whose father was raised in Argentina, I love a great steak "asado". And the entrana and filet did not disappoint! Both were cooked to perfection - full of mouth watering flavor. I can't wait to go back and eat it again and again. My only "issue" was that we happened to sit down for our reservation at the same time that a company/corporation was having some kind of dinner. There was a long dinner table of at least 40 people in front of us and that definitely slowed down our service. I'm sure our server is normally a great server who pays more attention to all of his tables nightly. But he was definitely having to take care of the other large party before checking in with us to see if we needed anything. Not necessarily his fault - we just happened to be there on a very busy night where it was all hands on deck taking care of this other huge party. We kind of got lost in the shuffle but the food made up for every bit of it and I still highly recommend Villa Roma to everyone I speak to!“

Was just traveling through Salem on vacation in September & glad I found this place. Highly recommend. And also kiosk order machine which is super convenient and easy to place the order. Food came out quick ,dine-in they bring it to your table. Staff are quick and polite. Spotted few small flies probably they can deal with them somehow so only i reduced a star for atmosphere. Otherwise clean place good variety of options in food. Plenty of searing indoor and patio also parking available good for all age groups and any dietary restrictions. Seen vegan & gluten free options. Will visit again 🤍“

“This taco truck is located directly outside of Lynn-way Liquors! My girlfriend and I come here all the time! The el pastor is delicious but the Tortas are AMAZING! 100% recommended. It’s a little pricy if you’re feeding 3+ people but the quality is all there!“

“I decided to stop in for lunch and try their Peru bowl with grilled chicken. The woman who took my order was very friendly and kind and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Unfortunately I found that the value for my meal did not match the cost. I had a medium iced tea and a Peru bowl with grilled chicken and my total came out to be over 28 dollars! Below is the bowl I ordered minus a bite. For 20+ dollars for a bowl I do not expect to be served onion butts as seen in my photo. The garbanzo beans weren’t seasoned or marinated, the lime vinaigrette while nice was barely present. The quinoa, chicken, avocado were all very fresh and tasted great. The salsa was pretty good. Overall I was disappointed by the serving size, lack of flavor, and lack of attention to detail by serving the butt of an onion. Their customer service was great and I enjoyed the ambiance so I would give it another try but I am hesitant to return just because of the lack of value compared to other places that serve bowls.“
