“This place is the best all around sandwich/pizza shop anywhere. Great salads, sandwiches, dinners. I haven’t had a bad meal yet. The shop is clean and tidy, the employees are friendly and thorough. They repeat your order at least twice and get it right 100% of the time. Pizza is delicious, fried shrimp dinner is plentiful and yummy. We had their Buffalo wings at a party and they’re as good as any I’ve had at a restaurant. I recently got a ham club, I think there was a half pound of ham in it, crazy good, had to split it between 2 meals. Oh…the best skinny fries, they rival McDonalds (better eat them in the car on the way home) They have half a dozen tables if you want to eat there. My whole family gets food here all the time! They cater our family parties too.“

“We went to Eddie V's for my wife's birthday celebration. It was our first visit to this restaurant and we very pleased with the meal, the service and the atmosphere. Our server, Darrell Townsend was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and helpful with our choices and offered special birthday complimentary extras. We got a champagne toast and dessert. The meal was a bit expensive but we knew that this was a high end restaurant and you get what you pay for. A great birthday experience!“

“Been going here since the late 70’s. One of the best roast beef seafood restaurants on the north shore. I moved from Peabody to Florida in 2018 and wish we had a roast beef seafood place that was even half as good. I still visit Peabody once a year and this is always on my list of places to go. Food is still great. Yes it may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for and I think they are fair, everywhere prices have increased, I would rather pay a little more and keep the quality. Love this place.“

“We had an excellent server in Leonardo. The quality of the food wasn't quite up to that to which I am accustomed. I paid $62 for a lobster that was quoted to be between 1.25 and 1.50 pounds, however it had virtually no meat in the body, the claw meat was extremely tiny, and so was the tail. I'm normally accustomed to more meat in my lobster. The taste however, was good. The raw oysters were outstanding. My wife ordered the fried whole belly clams, which were extremely tasty, though in her opinion a bit under cooked. She raved about her French Fries, however.“

“We had our “annual” lobsterfest in memory of a buddy of mine and the place we used last time closed. I had forgotten about the Lobster Tail, but I have to say. We will use them every year. Their Clam Bake to go was AMAZING! The food was delicious, the lobsters were pre-cracked, everything was just good. Dan and the rest of the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful. I will definitely be talking this place up and we will be ordering meals from here regularly for sure.“

“If this is the Fishermans Fleet that had a spot in Everett, and I’m pretty sure it is. I worked there back in the 80’s, and this is the next best thing to fresh off the boat, these guys know all the local fishermen and we supplied and sold more seafood than anywhere because it’s always fresh. “Girlfriend and I stopped in on a driveby whim. We were on a road trip from Wisconsin in the toyota crown. The pizza was delicious and her vegi calzone was extremely good. “Excellent dining experience for atmosphere, taste and waitstaff. Clean, beautiful table settings and layout. Food quality was superb. Menu was just right in terms of limited offerings but covered the bases. Oysters served exceptionally well - on the halfshell with 4 accoutrements on a bed of ice with small fork and spoon; lemon in mesh bag. That's the way you do it. Upscale dining for sure and not breaking the bank for comparable places -but not better- like Capitol Grill or Eddie V's . Cocktails looked to be super but I'm a straight up martini guy; there, glass could have been colder. Otherwise, this is the place. Final positive note -not a kid in sight or earshot.“

“I went to Grassfields Food & Spirits for the first time yesterday for lunch. I had my 6 year old daughter and 1 year old son with me. By gods grace my kids have always been easy to take to dinner without stress, however yesterday my son wasn’t particularly feeling the best because he is cutting a new tooth so he was screaming his head off (on and off) and my daughter accidentally leaned too hard on one side of the table which flipped up the opposite end and my entire, full, iced tea fell and spilled all over the floor. I must give a shout out to the staff there for being so kind and handling the situation with empathy and respect. If I could have anticipated that the kids wouldn’t do well at the restaurant I would have opted for lunch to go (which is what I ended up doing anyway after all that). The waitresses did not give me an attitude or dirty looks or get upset, instead they offered to clean up the mess for me and get me a new iced tea. It may seem like a small gesture but it didn’t go unnoticed because not everyone is as kind, understanding and patient. It’s proven in the death stare I did get from another diner lol. I also must mention that when we finally got home and ate the food was fantastic! The kids teriyaki chicken and rice pilaf was the best! My scallops Florentine was delicious too! I will be back for sure… maybe without the kids next time lol.“

If you're a foodie (like me) and have never had a roast beef sandwich from the North Shore, go out of your way to try one. It's nothing like the boars head crap you get in the rest of the world. Fries were great too. I didn't try the pizza.“
