After 3 orders that were prepaid , again, prepaid, given a time, all 3 orders were not ready when we arrived. Two weren't even started. “We're relatively new to central MA and this is the best pizza we've found in the area, especially when we ask for extra sauce. Inside is really nice too, and staff were patient when we were in the bar area with our two little kids. We've had a few small hiccups with orders, but they're good about resolving them, and often do it proactively, which we greatly appreciate (i.e. we screwed something up, we too X dollars off your bill).“

“If you’re craving authentic tacos and coxhinas at the same place in Marlborough look no further ? I was actually searching sub shops on maps and this place popped up as they also serve gourmet pizza. I was easily able to place my order for pick up online as I was leaving on a work break and they were 7 mins away. They confirmed my order fast and it was ready in their warming case by the register. This place is inside of the Shell gas station. So the atmosphere doesn’t match the quality of their food. It should absolutely expand into a restaurant because it’s way better than anything you would normally get at a gas station. This place is an ultimate hidden gem and I was so happy to stumble across it! If you fill up your tank, they have special offers for free tacos or a slice of pizza. Check it out for yourself! The food was so delicious I forgot to take a pic before it was gone ? oh well, there’s always next time.

“Delicious food. We tried take out on a whim. The pizzas are amazing, super flavorful and a great crust. They have many different unique options as well. Their homemade greek dressing was great too. Only thing we didn’t like was the potato wedges, they were super oily and had no flavor, we were disappointed in those. Otherwise we will return!“

I’ve never had any issues if anythint the food has always been so good I’m mad I moved out of Worcester and can’t order from them everyday , but everytime I’m in the area I make sure to stop by and grab something from them. “We tried Nani’s Pizza for dinner tonight and were pleasantly surprised, the red sauce was delicious! We ordered a large sausage and pepperoni pizza that had lots of flavor and was reasonably priced. We also tried a large steak bomb sub holding the peppers due to a food allergy adoing extra mushrooms. There were no surprise peppers and no need to try to find the mushrooms! We are happy customers and Nani’s will be our new go to for a pizza or a sub in Clinton, MA! The items we tried were excellent as was the value. Our first and surely not our last visit! When they driver hadn’t shown up 45 mins after the expected delivery time and the owner of the first pizza shop telling me “it’s not his problem” and hanging up the phone on me.. I called Dean Park in a panic because at this point I had a class of 20 hangry preschoolers that needed to eat and get to sleep. They not only made my 5 pizzas in 15 mins but gave my son a free bag of chips for his birthday!! The pizza was delicious as always but nothing compares to their customer service!! “The food here is delicious and the staff are trying their best.
Entry into this establishment needs to be revamped. Their current system seems to be self seating.
I noticed multiple people enter and stand in the front end, not sure if they should seat themselves, or wait to be seated. Many people stood for 5-10 minutes before being addressed by the staff.
This place either needs a “seat yourself” sign, or a host/hostess table to fix the issue.
When we entered, we stood for five minutes, weren’t addressed by staff, then sat ourselves down. It was about ten minutes after sitting before anyone acknowledged us.

With that being said, the staff were all very friendly.

“I was at the RMV at 50 SW Cutoff, and I realized Parrot Pizza was located in the same plaza. We have ordered delivery from this Parrot Pizza on several occasions in the past but had never been there in person. I decided it was a great opportunity to see the place and get a sandwich to go. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap on Spinach with a side of Jalapeño Poppers. I added tomatoes, pickles, and lettuce to my wrap. The order was prepared as I requested it. I typically prefer a little more kick of heat in my buffalo chicken. I may have missed the opportunity to ask for more spice when I placed my order. Had there been more heat I would have ranked my food with 5 stars instead of the 4 I rated. The Jalapeño Poppers were perfectly prepared. The person working the counter was friendly. If I am in the area again, I will stop in for an another meal.“

“The staff are always friendly food is made quick. Prices are ok for the area. I have had some good food there but I've also had a couple subs with barely anything in them. Very hit or miss. The steak and cheese and chicken cutley barely have anything in them. I'm right here all the time but I definitely would go more often if the half empty subs didn't feel like such a rip off. Otherwise the food it pretty good.“

“We drove through Sterling and picked up Village Pizza on a whim. It was fantastic! My family moved out here from Cambridge and have been looking for a good steak and cheese and finally found one! We placed a pretty big order, 5 subs, 2 salads and 2 sides and everything was done quickly, correctly and delicious! Went back again tonight and it was just as good. “We have a lot of non-chain pizza restaurants around here, but New Fancy House is easily the best one by far! You can tell a lot about a pizza place by how good their cheese pizza is, and this one is the absolutely best. Not too greasy, and doesn't flop AT ALL. Highly recommend everyone try this place...they are hardworking and my favorite pizza in the area, hands down.“
