“I worked here almost 10 years ago with the original owner. After I left, I hadn’t been back in years because I didn’t want to give her my money. Actually went to Stephanie’s across the street because I love the New England coffee. Very appreciate the new owners at Jumbos. I love how they kept most things the same and especially love the coffee. I almost think the coffee tastes better now, lol. The staff are quick and nice and it’s a much better environment now! New owners and employees are killing it!! Have been back twice already and will definitely keep coming back.“

“The food was like any other McDonald's that you would go to. The girls behind the counter were awesome and it was nice to actually order from a person for once rather than a stupid touch screen (please get rid of those). Atmosphere, restaurant was nice and clean but a group of kids were being loud and dropping fbombs like they were going out of style. Had to move across the restaurant because my 8 year old thought they were being idiots. Out of the restaurants control? Considering the manager walked by twice and didn't say anything... I know it's McDonald's and I shouldn't expect too much, oh well.“

“MOTW has the best chai in the city. I love the soft, creamy, silky texture of their Yemeni chai. I love the way they decorated the 38th st location, very inclusive and powerful pictures. Great spot to get some work or reading done. Also love their prayer or meditation area. It’s such a wonderful coffee shop. Usually Raadia is there when we go and she’s such a kind and friendly soul, always so helpful and customer focused.“

“Great place for coffee and deserts“

“My wife and I took our 3 year old daughter to check out this new coffee shop after it came up in a Google search. Let me say I had not met the couple that owns the shop before today, and yet I have never felt so invested in wanting to see a new shop succeed as much as I did this one! The owners are a lovely young couple, extremely friendly, and accommodating. They love what they do and it shows in the quality of the food. I ordered the Pi (egg sandwich) and a cold brew coffee. Both were excellent. They roast their own coffee beans and it had just the right amount of roasted coffee flavor. There were a dozen other things I wanted to try, including the creme brulee cheescake, the baklava cheese cake, and the Greek pies. My wife got a hot coffee with almond milk, mocha and peppermint. I like my coffee creamy, and this was the first coffee with almond milk that tasted good to me. I have found my new favorite coffee shop in the area. Whatever you're doing, drop it and visit Coffee & Pi now!“

“We ordered the Celebrate birthday cake for my sons birthday and it was absolutely AMAZING. It tasted so fresh and the cake just melts in your mouth. This is my new cake shop now!“

“Came in today, Sunday 10/13, expecting a decent crowd since it’s Sunday! Walked in and it was busy but only one young girl working. Just wanted to comment on how wonderful of a job she did despite seeming overwhelmed with the large orders and being by herself. Maybe someone was on break, but I just wanted to comment on great she did by herself on a busy Sunday morning! She was apologetic for the wait over and over again. Great service and I hope this young girl gets recognized for her great job!!“

“The coffee is amazing!! The bakery items are absolutely delicious and the staff is great! The only complaint is that the place is very crowded and a little overwhelming aesthetically. It’s not a place I would just sit to have a cup of coffee or do work.“

“My first time there, she was awesome, I was there in the early morning for her regular customer's and while I was deciding I told her to take the next customer, she asked in-between each customer till I was ready, awsome service and she was so happy to see each and every customer, knew many by name, I will go hear more often, coffee was dark roast, I think it's called jack abbey, but could be totally wrong, I forgot the lady's name, but she's so good at her job!!!!10??????????“

“This is a great Dunkin location inside Garrett’s, they have a lot of employees and orders come out very quickly. They have a nice display case for their baked goods and donuts and it looks wonderful! I always recommend this Dunkin, it’s worth it every time since it’s never too busy therefore special care is put into every order“

“Solid place! Well worth the stop and a sizable improvement over large chain coffee stores for both food and drip coffee. I got a jalapeno bagel and could taste a pleasant amount of heat. Expanding to espresso options would be one way to improve on a good thing“

“Stayed here for about two hours in between business meetings. Product is just what I've come to expect. Good coffee. My only complaint was there was a cold breeze in the lobby even though the doors were closed. Probably coming from the HVAC and it didn't matter where I sat, the cold air was moving pretty good. After a while I was able to ignore it. There was barely anyone inside, so maybe the HVAC is set to a setting expecting more people inside putting off body heat, which is typical for many Starbucks.“

“I go out of my way to go to this Starbucks, as a former barista I care very deeply about the quality of my drink and I’m never disappointed by the grafton street location. They even remade a drink from the Route 20 Starbucks and were so nice about it!“

Our only regret is over-ordering in that we should have split some entrees with the mega wonderful shakes. The cinnamon shake was just the best thing ever. “This dunkin donuts is clean on the inside and their afternoon shift workers are a beautiful group of young adults who are cheery, patient and have great customer service skills. A couple of young kids were taking a while to order in front of me and they were incredibly patient with them and showed them great kindness. These employees chatted with me while I waited for my food. We had good conversation about music, concerts and munchkins. It was a great experience and the food was hot and fresh. If I lived closer I would make this my daily dunkin!“

“We went there to dine with family as a halfway place for all of us. They seated us right away and the service was quick. I honestly can't remember what we all ordered but I remember everyone was happy with what they ordered. I would go back there.“

“Me and my daughter stopped at the donut star today on the way to the orthodontist. The food was delicious, everything was crisp and delicious from the pancake to the homefries. Sausage links were great and so was the eggs. Everything had very good flavor and me and my daughter walked in hungry and left full and happy. “The bagels are supreme. Dunks isn't even in the same league as Dew on bagels. The coffee and prices are about the same, but the food quality and variety of options is vastly superior to dunks. I'm not sure how Dunkin can legally call their product food. The Dew does it right.“

“Even though this place is a bit on the expensive side, I love to treat myself once in a while. A frozen frappucino, cold brew coffee, or one of their many sandwich choices. The location inside the Shrewsbury Price Chopper is my favorite Star Bucks so far.“

“The workers really try hard given they always appear to be short staffed during the morning rush. Sometimes I find it faster to order in person than order online (I actually see orders come out faster). Also the online ordering, your drink may come out first, or sandwich, but they are never consistent so your waiting for one or the other. Otherwise, great crew there.“

“I love how great they make my coffee and how nice the employees are they truly give excellent service, I’m just having a problem with there phone line because I can’t seem to reach anyone to check the status of my application because every-time I call the phone starts breaking and makes a loud ringing sound and I can’t hear anyone speaking. I have gone to the store and told them the issue and one of the employees took my name and phone number down to give to the hiring manager and I still haven’t heard back from them I’m just wondering if there is another way I can reach them I hope someone can reach out to me.“

“Good Service. Good workers. Just be careful if you apply for employment with them. Sarah is the GM and she works from 5am to 12noon Monday thru Friday, 5am to 10am on Satruday's. And tries to not work on Sunday's and gets annoyed if she has to work on Sunday's. She is a great person though. Huge heart. I just felt and still feel salty about the way she handled certain situations. But all in all; it’s a good location to order from. They usually don’t make mistakes with your order. And if they do, they fix it. No questions asked.“
