“Stopped in to pick up donuts for my team and was happy with everything we got. I ordered a mixed assortment along with one of the jumbo donuts, which was a fun addition. The donuts were fresh and tasted great, and everyone enjoyed them.

Good selection, good donuts, and a great option when you’re picking up something for a group. I’d definitely go back again.“

“Came in today, Sunday 10/13, expecting a decent crowd since it’s Sunday! Walked in and it was busy but only one young girl working. Just wanted to comment on how wonderful of a job she did despite seeming overwhelmed with the large orders and being by herself. Maybe someone was on break, but I just wanted to comment on great she did by herself on a busy Sunday morning! She was apologetic for the wait over and over again. Great service and I hope this young girl gets recognized for her great job!!“

“The bagels are supreme. Dunks isn't even in the same league as Dew on bagels. The coffee and prices are about the same, but the food quality and variety of options is vastly superior to dunks. I'm not sure how Dunkin can legally call their product food. The Dew does it right.“

“I can't say enough about Betty's. It's our Cheers, minus the liquor mind you! Breakfast is always awesome, I suggest the corned beef hash, and Italian toast (huge!), made fresh on the premises! The Breakfast sandwich bagels are huge and prepared to perfection.... Coffee, either a straight up cup of Joe, or flavored, also awesome. The lunch menu is pretty straight forward, burgers, always a home made soup and daily specials. The meatloaf and American Chop Suey are two of my favorites, and I love their BLT's! There's actually bacon a plenty on them, you don't have to go searching through the lettuce to find it! My wife and I can't get enough of the place. Amanda, who's the cheif cook and bottle washer, is the most amazing woman. She's always serving the community as well as her customers. The wait staff are personal and thorough, always there with a fresh pour of coffee and a wonderful smile! Great food, great staff and a great experience.“

“First time I've been to a Honey Dew. At this location, I found the staff very friendly! The food was tasty and i enjoyed the coffee, as well!
I had the hot caramel latte and the waffle sandwich. The caramel is sweet so I didn't need to add sugar. The sandwich had egg, bacon, and cheese with a buttery flavor - yummy!“

“Best latte around! ☕️ They don’t have a drive-thru, just walk-in, but I always come here because the latte is totally worth it. I’ve tried lattes at several Dunkin’ locations in Ashland, Framingham, Southborough, Westborough, and Hopkinton—this one makes the best by far. Highly recommend!

“I love being a regular here. The morning staff are the literal best. Brandy is a love who knows her regulars by their orders at a drive thru with no camera. They literally brighten my day with the calls of “good morning, love!”
They are efficient and the food is always good (waffle breakfast sandwich no syrup is the bomb). Coffee is also phenomenal, made with the older style drip coffee pots and man, it NEVER misses.

“The nicest Honey Dew I’ve been to. The staff is very kind and helpful. Their service is quick! They’re very attentive. The food is hot and fresh. And not to mention it is super clean! If you want to be greeted by a smiling face when you’re getting your morning coffee, stop by this Honey Dew. I was also ordering from the DoorDash app, and picking up. And the staff was SO kind to tell me door dash was charging me almost $5 more just to use the app, and to download the Honey Dew app and I will pay regular price with the same benefits. Extremely kind of them to take the extra minute to explain that to me. I only leave good reviews when I had an excellent experience somewhere :)“

“This Dunks is located in the xtra mart on 146 northbound. The staff are nice, and service is fast. Dunkins is one of the more consistent chains with the only exceptions being poor staff at some locations. Gold selection in the xtra mart, and nice clean bathrooms.“

“This is a great Dunkin location inside Garrett’s, they have a lot of employees and orders come out very quickly. They have a nice display case for their baked goods and donuts and it looks wonderful! “I have been a frequent customer at the Mendon Ma. Dunkin since this store was a Dairy Queen many years ago and I can not remember ever having a problem with any manager or any staff members. Service is always excellent, coffee is always good, food is always fresh and the store is always clean. The problem with other review complaints is this new era of people who are to damn lazy to get out of their vehicles to go in the store and see how truly well the staff is. The laziness of using the drive thru has taken over many of the privileged people who seem to think that they are the only ones waiting for a coffee or whatever. Wake up people. When the store opens a 5AM this means some team members are up at 4AM or earlier to serve the public. Give them a break.“

“This dunkin donuts is clean on the inside and their afternoon shift workers are a beautiful group of young adults who are cheery, patient and have great customer service skills. A couple of young kids were taking a while to order in front of me and they were incredibly patient with them and showed them great kindness.
