“I drove from Middleboro to Guarino’s last week because a few years ago, I went to a function and had Guarino’s cookies. They are AMAZING! I purchased a box of cookies for a function & of course I had a million questions. Bernadette was amazingly helpful & knowledgeable. The cookies were fantastic & the staff was warm & welcoming. Thank you Bernadette & Guarino’s for your delicious desserts and your hospitality! I’m sure I’ll see you again soon! Lol.“

“The name didn’t give me indication, but it is a Brazilian bakery I believe. No traditional Italian or French pastries.It is not a large bakery, but there were some fun treats I had never tried before, and I had no trouble finding parking.I asked for anything with chocolate, and this is what they had.This cake had what tasted like sweetened condensed milk frosting. It wasn’t bad, but I do wish there had been more chocolate options.“

“Food was good. However, I didn’t blow me away. The pupusas I was looking forward to, but mine was not cooked all the way through so it wasn’t that pleasant. I’m sure it would’ve been delicious if it had been cooked properly. Definitely do not go to dine in. There are a few Chairs next to the window and that’s it. It’s pretty much a takeout place. I would try it again, but probably not anytime soon.“

“This tiny place packs a powerful punch with some really delicious cookies. We ordered a dozen mixed between the all year staples and the seasonal flavors and we immediately ran back in the store to get another dozen. Special shout outs to the black and gold, chocolate chip, molasses, and sugar/Funfetti cookies. If you like a warm gooey cookie and they’re not just out of the oven, all these need is 10 seconds in the microwave. Fresh and fabulous we will definitely be back!!“

“I am so grateful that a place like this exists. As someone with a severe peanut allergy I can never have baked goods. I also have a severe allergy to peas and pea protein which can be a common pairing of allergies. I did find that there are vegan pastries in the same case that are made with butter that contains pea protein so I didn’t feel 100% safe eating the baked goods. If they were to be more separate or the vegan baked goods didn’t contain peas, I would be here every single weekend. The staff was SO nice and went over the top to ensure I knew ingredients. Highly recommend but with caution if you have a legume / pea allergy like me!“

Stopped at Whole Foods here in Pittsburgh and decided to try these and just cannot tell you in words how awesome they are. “This was our first order from flour moon bakery. We wanted to have an under the water birthday cake with some tropical flavor. Ellen is wonderful to communicate with. She was very accommodating about decorations and the flavor. I think there is no flavor that she cannot do for you! we decided to choose mango flavor on the layers with a hint of pineapple on the cake. The cake turned out very yummy and felt like a piece of paradise in my mouth. The guests absolutely loved the flavor and cake.
The decoration was 10/10, flavor 10/10, she also delivery in the surrounding towns, which was absolutely life saver 10/10.
She was very through about our need and always communicated to include the last-minute needs. Will definitely come back.“
