The ingredients in taste have slightly changed from time to time. Customer service can be an improvement. Please provide more assistance to front personal on days that are most busy so they do not take out frustrations on customers. Personal experience, as I was asked to speed up my decision when I had my daughter and visually impaired father with me picking out what they wanted. Yes, there was a line, of which we also patiently waited for others to make their choices. Very 😠 grumpy personel. “I ordered a custom cake from White’s Bakery based on a picture I found online, and they absolutely nailed it. The design came out exactly like the inspiration photo—honestly even better in person. You can tell they really pay attention to detail and take pride in their work.

I went with a chocolate and vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream frosting, and it tasted just as amazing as it looked. The cake was moist, flavorful, and not overly sweet—perfectly balanced.

I always order my favorite chocolate drip cake with strawberries on top. Her cakes are wonderfully decorated and are delicious to eat and every one of my friends and family thoroughly enjoys them ! After about 5-7 mins in the toaster oven it was good as new !! they have a loyal customer in me. i HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

No traditional Italian or French pastries.It is not a large bakery, but there were some fun treats I had never tried before, and I had no trouble finding parking.I asked for anything with chocolate, and this is what they had.This cake had what tasted like sweetened condensed milk frosting. It wasn’t bad, but I do wish there had been more chocolate options.“

But Emily, the manager, and her father John, the owner, did something I truly didn't expect — they made it work anyway. They went out of their way to make sure we still got everything we needed, and on Easter Sunday of all days. That kind of customer care is rare. It would have been so easy for them to simply say "sorry, we're closed" — but instead they showed up for us in a way we won't forget. And the food? Absolutely delicious. Our pies were fresh and perfectly made, and the carrot birthday cake — a special request from the birthday boy himself — was absolutely stunning. “This part of the mall always smells so delicious and tempting because of Auntie Anne’s. Sometimes it can get busy, but the wait is never that long. The workers are a well-oiled machine and friendly. You can watch them make the food while you wait. My favorite is the mini pretzel dogs. I’ve tried other things like the cinnamon sugar nuggets and original nuggets before, which are also good. The food tastes best hot but can also be eaten room temperature/cold.“
