“I was waiting for a ferry to Nantucket and needed a sandwich.I got a veggie wrap on whole wheat that was loaded with beautiful fresh veggies and hummus.It was delicious.The paper napkins was heavy weight and thick,and the plastic tableware was substantial, and the service was cheerful and friendly. “Have dined at several Paneras. The best location is hands down Hyannis Massachusetts. They consistently make a great sandwich. Other locations make a skimmy sandwich, or give small amount of soup. Most locations definitely need staff to clean off tables more frequently. This location has special needs staff who clean tables and say hi. A very nice touch.“

“Samantha and team were amazing! We hosted our rehearsal dinner at Trevi and could not be happier. Each of the guests complimented the restaurant and the food! The entire staff was amazing, the two waitresses were so attentive and sweet to my Husband and I we were blown away. Always making sure we had a drink and even coming to make a plate of desserts for us so we didn’t need to get out of our seat. Please give our best to the chefs as well, I know that it was a lot of food to prepare on a night while the restaurant was also still hosting other guests! Everything went so smoothly through the night and it was the perfect celebration.“

“Cafe Au Lait was delicious as was the breakfast sandwich with egg, arugula, goat cheese and fig jam but what REALLY was the best surprise was the amazing caramel apple cookie, and (per husband)gluten free snickerdoodle cookie and gluten free pumpkin muffin which I had to enjoy half of each also. What a great gem I haven’t eaten baked goods this terrific in a long time. Friendly staff and a nice relaxing atmosphere!“

“Website says that staff are required to wear masks, no one was wearing. It took about 7 min just to start getting my order. Got my order and as soon as I arrived at my work, I noticed that they forgot to give me some itens. Call them back and ask for a refund since I cant get off of work for another 10 hours now. The excuse was that "they are too busy on Saturdays " even tho on the website shows that "not too busy at this time"! Anyways, quality on customer service is definitely worsening“
