“Ordered take out last night. My husband ordered a cheeseburger, he said it was good. I had a Marguerita pizza, it was way too salty. This was the first time I had a problem with the pizza.“

“Honestly, some of these reviews are ridiculous. You’re going to a place in a food court and expecting the experience of a full sit-down restaurant, then complaining about every little thing.

You’re complaining that the blooming onion wasn’t “bloomed” enough? Come on. You can literally see what you’re buying before you take it. If you don’t like the way something looks, don’t buy it.

And then someone complains about being charged for eight items when they were only charged for five and received money back? Are you serious? You’re looking at what you’re purchasing and what you’re being charged for. The employee isn’t responsible for someone not paying attention to their own order.

Some of these reviews make it seem like people are just looking for any excuse to complain, get free food, or get compensation, and then they leave a bad review to make the business look terrible.

Not every small mistake or inconvenience makes a business a scam. Use some common sense, take responsibility for your own purchase, and stop trying to make businesses look bad over nothing.

If you’re expecting a five-star sit-down restaurant experience, maybe don’t go to a food court. 🤷‍♂“
