“We tried for the first time today! :) Food was great & coffee even better. Really enjoyed my coffee. Service wasn’t rude but was very unfriendly. Very stoic and serious, straight to the point. Seemed bothered by our presence and a question on the menu. The dining area wasn’t clean and upon walking in, everyone was standing around (we were the only ones in there) so not sure why it was so messy. Perhaps they were taking a break in between a rush which is understandable! I will give it another shot soon.“
“Had dinner here last week and really enjoyed it. A nice change from large-scale mass-production restaurants. Only 8 tables here so we really felt taken care of my our server and the food was fresh and classic Italian. Not a super fancy place but nice family run restaurant. Definitely will come back!“
“Found this place by accident on a recent trip to western MA. One of the better Italian meals have had outside of the north end in Boston. Super food with all the choices you could want. Many appetizers and mains of chicken, veal, pasta, seafood choices.Now I just have to make the trip to go back again. “I drive by this restaurant once a week and my husband had stopped in for bread one day (which was very good) and we wanted to try their pizza. I finally did today. It was so delicious, everything was very fresh the dough was the way we love it. This may be our new go to place for pizza!!!! The owner was very kind and friendly too.“

“If you want take out pizza, pasta, or fried stuff this is the place to go in the area. The pizza's are great and well made. The pasta is yeoman like and good enough for take out. You can't go wrong with what you order from this place, though I tend to favor the pizza. Only warning is that it can be slow at times because of the huge numbers of orders they have coming in.“
“My body thanks me for such a delicious meal today. Upset with myself that I took no good picture but means I need to come back again. Came here with family after going to a retirement party. We ordered stuffed mushrooms and fried mozzarella for appetizers. Has to be some of the best fried mozzarella I have ever had with that perfect crisp bite and oozing cheese. Everyone ordered fillet. Cook it to how you like it, rare is indeed rare and look as a medium rare comes away it should too. I have some leftovers so looking forward to having that for lunch Sunday this week. Thought about steak and eggs for breakfast but I am still full! For dessert my aunt wanted to order three things by insisted how full everyone was we only ordered two. We all had cappuccinos and I asked the waitress to get me a scoop of ice cream for mine as well as order a chocolate cake and tiramisu. Chocolate cake was dry, tiramisu was out of this world and I am not a fan of tiramisu. The end of the day I had a very positive experience and looking forward to bringing a date here someday.“
“Casa Bella's has become one of our favorite restaurants to dine at. The reason is the food is good, the atmosphere is very good but the service staff is exceptional! Every waitress and waiter we've had there is extremely polite, friendly and outgoing. But I have to give a special shoutout to Alijha. This young lady always has a smile on her face while making sure you have a great dining experience. We typically give thanks before we eat and not realizing it Alijha came over to our table of eight just as I was about to pray. So (just jokingly not knowing if she had any religious background) I asked her if she would say grace and without hesitating Alijha said the most beautiful prayer. Telling us later she had never done that before. Now we have her say it every time she waits on us. LolSorry for the rant. I just thought it was pretty special!“
“While short on atmosphere it is long on great food and service. This is our go to spot (usually on Wednesday) and all our boys love it. My son gets the “chicken tendies”, while the older peeps get pizza. Their pizza is so good! If it was closer to us we would get it for take out all the time.“

I am a vegetarian and ordered the eggplant parmesan which I never would have guessed has a sauce which contains chicken broth. Luckily the waiter let me know and substituted it out with marinera.Vegetarian options: Make sure to ask first to make sure there is no chicken broth in the sauce of whatever you order.“
“My husband and I visited for the first time recently. We sat at the bar, where the bartender was very friendly and efficient. My husband had the half rack of baby back ribs and I had the chicken Marsala. The meals came with fresh green salads and delicious warm rolls, accompanied by butter and olive oil/red wine vinegar/seasoning. The food was very good and the portions were extremely generous. I got two lunches out of my leftovers! The prices are very reasonable. It is a friendly, local establishment and we chatted with some nice folks at the bar. Very relaxing, home town feel with friendly staff.“
“Great place for takeout pizza. Called in my order for pickup and they lost my ticket. Arrived to pick up my pizza and they were very apologetic. I completely understood, it happens. Especially on a busy night. They immediately made my food (which was great! and apologized. Great run business. Food is great and they will continue to have my business.“
“I was there on 3/9 or 3/10 to see Deep Cover play. We arrived before the band went on but apparently too late to get a table as the place was already packed! It is a very popular place to go. All the tables were taken or reserved. As a disabled couple, we were not able to stand for the whole night and had planned on eating dinner here. The owner George was fantastic. He managed to find us a low table and moved it into the dining area along with two low chairs. This way we didn’t have to try to sit at a bar height table. Our server Kaylin was terrific. We had the hand tossed pizza. It was amazing! We also tried the fried dough bites. Very good! I can’t recommend this establishment enough! “My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at Figlio’s last night.From Bernie at the door, ,to our waitress and Chef Bobby we were well taken care of.The five corse dinner was delicious. Our dinner was served at a leisurely pace and we were able to fully enjoy each course. Servings are generous and we brought home leftovers.I plan on returning soon with some friends for a girl’s night out.“
