“One of the best catering companies you could work with. Homestyle, high quality food that everyone at our wedding reception loved.
The crab cakes, stuffed mushrooms and steak tips were phenomenal. And all the dishes stayed hot until we were ready to serve them!
We ordered the following:
- crab cakes

- sausage rabe and orecchiette

“Took a chance ordering from this Catering company. The Reviews are Amazing and so isn’t the Food -Service Price !! I had a small party at my home and didn’t want the typical Pasta Dishes . Rosa and her team are phenomenal everyone loved it !!!! I had a luncheon with Salads and Sandwiches Thank you so much !!!“
“They are amazing! Food is spectacular! Services is wonderful and they are so easy to work with. They catered my wedding, help set up, attended bar, and so much more! So grateful! They made my day go so smoothly at peirce farm. Pictures are of the wonderful set up colleen and her crew did. For food we got stuffed fish, cordon Bleu, Mac and cheese, and vegetables. For appetizers got crab cakes, bruschetta, lamb chops and the harvest salad. All amazing!!“
“Last of the year bbq for our company and it was the Best decision we made to hire Chris and his staff at Big Pig!! Food was outstanding, service was great! Never before has my staff been so complementary to our past functions but this hit it off the charts!! Everyone that attended our bbq were satisfied with everything!! “Mr. Petisco catered the welcome party for our wedding. Lais and her family answered all of our questions and gave us tons of options. They provided a great spread of food that came out delicious and were excellent finger foods for our guests. . Reasonably priced and delicious! (I'm still thinking about that cheesy bread)“
“We invited Hungry Nomads Boston to pop up during our Open Studios celebration. From my first interaction with Princess I knew we had chosen a great team. Their terms were clear, uncomplicated and fair. Princess was incredibly patient and wonderful to communicate with. They arrived on-time. Tony and his assistant were very pleasant. The food was out of this world delicious!! The portions were generous and on a chilly day the umami and warmth were decadent. We would have them back in a heart beat.“

“Why does Mary have so few reviews?? She's INCREDIBLE. She was our wedding venue's recommended caterer and she did not disappoint. EVERYONE complimented the food. She worked with my fiancé and I to create a complex customized wedding buffet menu - we needed a gluten free table and a separate dairy free table, we wanted our wedding to be a formal tea party and needed all the food to match that theme, etc. She was great about staying in contact and immediately replying whenever I had a question; she also brought a bride platter for me while I was getting ready (she was right - the bride doesn't have time to eat!) that had deviled eggs, which weren't even part of our menu but she remembered me saying I loved so she made them for me. If I ever have another event in Salem, I'm definitely contacting her.“

“This was an unexpectedly wonderful place to enjoy my evening. I’ve lived near this restaurant for several months and tonight was my first time inside. Not only is the space incredibly comfy, but the staff were remarkably generous and fun to chat with. I had three delicious courses prepared by Chef Misha, then enjoyed a lovely piano performance while sipping some Turkish coffee. You won’t regret spending an evening or weekend afternoon here. I sure didn’t!“

“I love this company!!!! They catered my engagement party and I could not recommend them more. Dario is amazing - responsive, accommodating, friendly, not to even mention how incredible the food is. The appetizers were the star of the show, but the desserts were fantastic too. They set up everything at the venue, and did cleanup as well. They were quick and efficient, and knew exactly what they were doing. Very professional, and every person on the staff was AWESOME. Not so secretly hoping they do weddings too🤭“
“A really solid convenience store - great local beer selection, basic spirits (and some local microdistilleries, like Bully Boy), tons of wine. Also a surprisingly good basic grocery section - half and half, bread, milk, but also some couscous, brown rice. They've got a sandwich counter too, but I haven't ordered one yet. Check it out!“
