“overall, really great service. i recently stayed in Pepperell for 2 weeks and went there nearly every day. although the woman staffing the drive-thru on the weekend mornings was not very friendly or competent, the weekday staff were impressive (welcoming and friendly, even when my dog was barking insistently for her pup cup).“

“Whenever I pick up an order, the people who work here make my day. I tell my friends and family stories about how kind and courteous the staff are. I leave wanting to be a nicer person after like, a four-second interaction. 🥹🤣 The bowls and smoothies are superb too, don't get me wrong! Nothing beats the freshness and variety here. But if I'm honest, it's the precious doses of pleasant human contact that keep me coming back as often as I do. Workers of their caliber are truly priceless. Kudos and thanks to the team!

“Stopped in on a whim after driving by. Small but cute inside with the nicest staff! There were tables to sit at if you wanted to it in. They have many bagel choices and cream cheese flavors. I went with a jalapeño cheddar bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. The bagel was fluffy and soft, easy to bite into or tear apart. The flavor was perfect - the cheddar wasn’t overpowering and the jalapeño was just the right amount. The cream cheese packed a punch, but that was exactly what I was looking for! Every bite was delicious! This place is the real deal. Stop getting your bagels from the big name places and visit this cute local bagel shop. I’ll be sure to stop in again!“

“I'm in town visiting from Philadelphia. In Philly all we have is cheesesteaks and the occasional riot after winning a sports championship. So I wanted to try something different and a little less felonious and while my host was out at work, I walked over to Kinsley House of Pizza. I went to order a tuna sub but they were out of tuna. No big deal, that's not unheard of in the restaurant industry, and I get it. But I also don't eat meat or poultry, and I didn't want to order an entire pizza to myself, so what to do? This is where the gentleman waiting on me went into what I like to call "helpful salesperson mode". And I know what you're thinking--am I buying a car or just trying to order food? No, I'm definitely not buying a car. I want to be clear on that. No cars were harmed during the writing of this post. Not even if it was a car made out of pizza and breadsticks, though that is a pretty cool idea and I think it needs to happen. So anyway, wasn't purchasing a car, and back to the "helpful salesperson" comment--the gentleman behind the counter mentioned that they had "fake chicken" and I could get a fake chicken sub if I wanted. Well I never had a chicken sub let alone one made from fake chicken, so I decided to try that. That was not a good idea, that was a GREAT idea! Absolute banger of a sub, and I can't wait until I'm back in town so I can try the pizza next. ...but a car made out of pizza is also not off the table. Because life is short, and it's important to have goals, especially if they involve pizza.“

“I've been to almost all of the DD's locations in the Merrimack/Nashua area. This location is by far the best managed and the most cleanest location around. The employees there know how to do their job. They talk less and work more which means everyone gets their order quickly and correct. Literally act like they are on a mission to serve your order. I didn't realize how good this location is till i visited other locations. Far more enjoyable experience!“

“We discovered this amazing coffee on a trip to New England earlier this year and it’s become our absolute favorite. We have tried dozens of flavors now and each one is smooth and uniquely flavorful. “Inside Market Basket grocery store is a nice cafe with an open 50 chair seating area (high & low chairs) with 2 TVs and restrooms. You can hear the registers and customers chatting. Not a typical cafe atmosphere.the selection of tea and specialty coffee drinks is nice. They also have Market Basket bakery and fresh popcorn.The staff are very friendly and helpful.The prices are low and the WIFI is very good.overall a great place to stop off while shopping.“

“Wow! What a find inside this amazing old time novelty store masquerading as a gas station convenience store! Worth the trip! Prices are a little high and there’s no bathroom that I saw ( maybe have to go outside after asking for a key, I don’t know) but what fun we had! All kinds of old games, candy… give yourself some time to explore. Train going around the ceiling.“

I am greeted when I walk in. I also make sure that my server has my respect as well. this a shout out goes to charlotte very polite greets me every time I come into the store when I ask her for my order it’s made perfect and when she makes my sandwich it’s like steaming hot when it comes out which is awesome the best way to put it that way to see her smile early in the morning or on the time I come in it’s good to see employees at a location being happy to be at work it brings good vibes to the location overall a hard worker and very dedicated to where she is working at the time. Hope to see her for a long term I hope. Dunkin’ District Manager sees this review also want to give out a shout out to Owen eight another hard dedicated worker very polite, and has never messed up with any of my orders. Don’t see him as much because of the time that I enter in the time he goes home. Occasionally I do see him every single time I do see him greets me. He’s a good morning, and looks very happy to be there which gives good vibes and good energy to others as well as when I go and get my order I feel comfortable going in and feel comfortable leaving and glad to see two workers that I recommend to stay the other employees. I’m starting to get a vibe about them trying to feel them out review will be still ongoing as a start to understand the energy and work effort given by the other employees at this location till then review will be continued..

Parking: you can park up by the gas station and directly by the store. There is an additional parking lot down the stairs by the air pump, machine and closest to the store. There’s a stairwell that goes down to another parking lot further down if you do not find a parking lot space by the gas pumps or the Dunkin’ location on the right side of the gas station, but there are plenty of parking down below

Kid-friendliness: any kid are all welcome great location to visit very polite employees at both locations the gas station and Dunkins

Wheelchair accessibility: wheelchair accessible. There’s two ways for customers in wheelchairs to enter the store. wi-Fi booster should be stretched out a little further from the store.“

“Service is good. Never had an issue with most of the staff. I order in the afternoon normally, so they are quick but occasionally mess up an order. We are all human though I guess. Inside is nice, they keep it clean.
Any issues that arise are typically from the middle schoolers or kids from Lawrence Academy being loud or harassing stuff.“

“I went to another dunkins and was charged 10 dollars for 2 bagels and cream cheese: they were given to us un toasted and un cut. I came to this dunks and asked if there was any way to rectify this. My cashier Mike was able to give us two new, freshly toasted bagels. Great person! This dunks has always been reliable and quick. 5 stars! Thanks again, Mike.“
