“The Bull Run has been a known quantity to me since childhood.. I grew up in Shirley. So when it came time to memorialize my Dad who had passed, I did so in Shirley and got the Bull Run to cater it. Start to finish they were awesome.. advising how to estimate the amount of people and how much food to put out, what kind of food, all the trappings of tablecloth, cutlery etc.. all taken care of. I knew I was going to be distracted in a million different directions, from set up to clean up, the Bull Run people took care of it. “We stopped in for dinner last time after my sons baseball game. Even though the place was busy, the bartender/waitstaff were awesome and attentive! The food was probably one of the best salads I have ever had. Usually I get the grilled chicken Caesar pocket but I got the grilled chicken Greek salad and it was so fresh and the chicken was cooked perfectly and very flavorful. Everything about our experience was great and we will definitely go back or just order take out because the food is so good and inexpensive compared to other places!“

“The hands change with this place a lot, I think, but the current owners do a decent job. Theres some points that lost a star with me. Like the large subs aren't very large, and when ordering online only seemed to offer gluten free for a normal sub roll. Thise are dry & weird. A good ol' white bread sub roll is better. Also, they seem to not understand their own online ordering system. They say some ingredients are included, and then you can add others. But they had to comfirm with me that I still wanted the included ingredients. They may have been just double-checking. But this place is good enough to not drive out of your way for another.“

“Came here with my wife and children. Pizza was amazing. I love how the sauce was handmade. The bread for the pizza was great. Onion rings were real and homemade. It looked like they were extremely crunchy and not burnt mozzarella sticks were awesome. My daughter was able to stretch the mozzarella stick across the whole entire table. She was having fun playing with the mozzarella sticks lol overall great service enjoyed the atmosphere and house hospitality the husband and wife was extremely polite and very helpful. I should start by saying this is not your average pizza and sub shop (although they have all the standards) There are many hidden gems on the menu: Lobster Rangoon was a treat and the best I’ve ever had…after speaking with the owner a found that they make them in house with a 50/50 mix of real lobster and cream cheese….next up were the Corn Ribs unique and delicious (fun to eat as well) then we had the Ricotta Be Kidding me pizza which was awesome and even better than it looks. “I'm in town visiting from Philadelphia. In Philly all we have is cheesesteaks and the occasional riot after winning a sports championship. So I wanted to try something different and a little less felonious and while my host was out at work, I walked over to Kinsley House of Pizza. I went to order a tuna sub but they were out of tuna. No big deal, that's not unheard of in the restaurant industry, and I get it. But I also don't eat meat or poultry, and I didn't want to order an entire pizza to myself, so what to do? This is where the gentleman waiting on me went into what I like to call "helpful salesperson mode". And I know what you're thinking--am I buying a car or just trying to order food? No, I'm definitely not buying a car. I want to be clear on that. No cars were harmed during the writing of this post. Not even if it was a car made out of pizza and breadsticks, though that is a pretty cool idea and I think it needs to happen. So anyway, wasn't purchasing a car, and back to the "helpful salesperson" comment--the gentleman behind the counter mentioned that they had "fake chicken" and I could get a fake chicken sub if I wanted. Well I never had a chicken sub let alone one made from fake chicken, so I decided to try that. That was not a good idea, that was a GREAT idea! Absolute banger of a sub, and I can't wait until I'm back in town so I can try the pizza next. ...but a car made out of pizza is also not off the table. Because life is short, and it's important to have goals, especially if they involve pizza.“

“Wanted to try a new pizza place and saw this place on the map. We got an Alfredo pizza. It was a greek style pizza and it wasn't bad. It tasted like what you thought it would, nothing too overwhelming. I also judge a pizza/sub shop by their italian sub. We ordered online and got the typical toppings lettuce, tomatoes, onion, mayo, oil and it was just ok. I wouldn't put it in my top 8. The was very little lettuce. Some people like that, but for me it seemed a little lacking. The meats were thin and an ok portion. The oil and mayo was fine. I got the bread toasted and usually that elevates it a bit, but this time it was just ehhh. We also got the shrimp Caesar salad and it was great! The shrimp was season and grilled to perfection, so good! I would come here again to try the other items on the menu.“

I had casserole with ground beef,corn,and mashed potatoes. Sorry I can't remember name of dish,maybe Chinese pie??? My husband has Chicken Parm, 3 small pieces of chicken swimming in sauce. This used to be one of his faves-not anymore. Place was empty at 5 thirtyish maybe 6 to 8 others. Service was slower than normal. Very disappointing!“
