“The Bull Run has been a known quantity to me since childhood.. I grew up in Shirley. So when it came time to memorialize my Dad who had passed, I did so in Shirley and got the Bull Run to cater it. Start to finish they were awesome.. advising how to estimate the amount of people and how much food to put out, what kind of food, all the trappings of tablecloth, cutlery etc.. all taken care of. I knew I was going to be distracted in a million different directions, from set up to clean up, the Bull Run people took care of it. We had more than enough very tasty well prepared and presented food and I could devote time to my family and friends. Thank you Bull Run for a beautiful event start to finish.“

“The hands change with this place a lot, I think, but the current owners do a decent job. Theres some points that lost a star with me. Like the large subs aren't very large, and when ordering online only seemed to offer gluten free for a normal sub roll. Thise are dry & weird. A good ol' white bread sub roll is better. Also, they seem to not understand their own online ordering system. They say some ingredients are included, and then you can add others. But they had to comfirm with me that I still wanted the included ingredients. They may have been just double-checking. But this place is good enough to not drive out of your way for another.“

“I accidently left my breakfast at home and stopped into Rouxs with the hope of finding something not too terribly unhealthy for breakfast. Ordered the veggie omelet and was very pleasantly surprised at the quality and taste. Veggies were fresh and crispy(!) and lots of them. Toast tasted like it came from bakery bread. Absolutely delicious and a real surprise from what looks essentially like a (really nice) convenience store. I generally don't like eating out for breakfast, as the meals are usually soaked in butter and grease, but this tasted like a omelet I would make for myself (if I had lots and lots of fresh veggies on hand) :-) Will absolutely be back!“

“I’m visiting from Illinois. Pizza King was recommended by a staff member at The DoubleTree. The restaurant was easy to find and the staff at Pizza King were friendly and very helpful. I ordered the Healthy Pizza. It was ready in 15 minutes, tasted great, and it was reasonably priced!!! I would definitely recommend this pizza shop and I would stop again the next time I was in town.“

“Bill and the staff at C&S make the best BEEF sandwiches hands down no questioning it at all. great presentation of the sandwich and lots of pride is taken in the flavor of the beef. “We tried Nani’s Pizza for dinner tonight and were pleasantly surprised, the red sauce was delicious! We ordered a large sausage and pepperoni pizza that had lots of flavor and was reasonably priced. We also tried a large steak bomb sub holding the peppers due to a food allergy adoing extra mushrooms. There were no surprise peppers and no need to try to find the mushrooms! We are happy customers and Nani’s will be our new go to for a pizza or a sub in Clinton, MA! The items we tried were excellent as was the value. Our first and surely not our last visit! A very welcome addition to Clinton.“

“Overall, it’s a pretty good spot. I had the Steak & Cheese sub, which was quite delicious and came in a great portion size.
​However, the kids' menu was a bit disappointing. My daughter ordered the Chicken Fingers with fries, but judging by the portion, it was more like a huge plate of fries with a side of chicken. The two chicken fingers were thin and dry, and the amount of fries was way too much for a child. Quite underwhelming, especially for $11.99.“

The pizza crust reminded me of Regina’s in the North End of Boston and the sauce has that wonderful sweetness like Espresso’s. “We stopped at Slater's for lunch and the food is delicious. We ordered the pulled pork entree which came with cucumber salad, potato salad & corn bread. Plus we got a small Hawaiian pizza. The pizza is wood fired. The pulled pork came first & both me & my husband thought that it was the best BBQ that we have had in a long time. The pizza was thin crust which is our favorite. Everything was delicious. My husband even ordered some pulled pork to go. Our server Liz was so sweet & helpful since this was our first time there.“

“I wanted to take the time to leave a detailed review because this place really stood out to me, especially when it comes to the pizza.

The first thing I noticed was the sauce. It has this really good tangy, slightly sweet flavor that makes the pizza different from a lot of other places. It is not overly sweet and it is not too acidic either. It has a really nice balance to it, and it works perfectly with the cheese and crust. The sauce has enough flavor that you actually notice it instead of it just blending into the background.

The pizza itself was cooked just right. The crust had a nice texture, the cheese was melted perfectly, and everything came together exactly the way you want a good pizza to. Nothing tasted undercooked, soggy, or overdone. It had that perfect balance where the crust still had some bite to it while the inside stayed soft enough to enjoy. You could tell some care went into getting the cook right instead of just rushing it out.

The cheese-to-sauce ratio was also really good. Sometimes places either overload the cheese or barely put enough sauce on, but this was nicely balanced. Every bite had a little bit of everything, and the tangy-sweet sauce gave it a flavor that kept making me want another slice.

The chicken fingers were another big highlight. They were cooked well, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and not dried out. That sounds simple, but it is surprising how many places manage to overcook chicken fingers or make them greasy. These were really enjoyable and paired perfectly with the pizza.

Overall, I was really impressed with the quality of the food. The pizza had a distinct flavor because of that tangy, sweet sauce, it was cooked perfectly, and the chicken fingers were excellent as well. It is the kind of place where you can tell they have their own style instead of just making generic pizza.

I would absolutely order from here again. If you like pizza with a flavorful sauce that has a little sweetness and tang to it, and you also appreciate food being cooked properly instead of just thrown together, this place is definitely worth trying.

“We live near by and friends have been telling us to go here for pizza. We finally stopped in for dinner and we were glad we did. The waitress was so friendly. Her reccomendations were spot on.
