“I’ve been regularly coming to this restaurant for the last 12 years or so. Brunch (not a buffet) on Sundays with friends is my favorite time. Also evening dinner with friends and my husband is always nice. Food, drinks and dessert are very good. Love the cozy Colonial atmosphere and historic aspect of the building. Staff is pleasant and helpful even when very busy. Sometimes there’s a piano player and also went for a blues night during the week in November. Such a treat!\nMy parents used to come here in the 70s, but the food is better now.“

“Just WOW! My family and I just moved to the area. We’ve tried a couple places in the area, but we are a large family and everyone has their own taste. I drove past Marc’s last week and wanted to try it. This was the BEST pizza I’ve had in a long time. And the FRIES (especially if you like them thin cut like myself). We came from the city where there were multiple pizza shops, but none compare to Marc’s Pizza and Subs. My family of 10 ALL loved it, so that’s saying something! “Absolutely delicious! I kept it simple, being my first time: a burrito bowl with yellow rice, black beans, chicken, queso, mild salsa (it was verde), cilantro, smoked corn, and tomatoes. Everything was so flavorful and fresh! I almost wish I tried it on a burrito or taco, but bowls are so much easier. The woman chopping the chicken was so efficient. It was cool watching her. I will definitely be returning!“

“I cannot actually remember how I learned of Soel Sistas. I suspect it was during COVID and they were assisting in the community.
While my son and family were visiting a couple of weeks ago, he wanted a party for his friends who were in town. I picked Soel Sistas to cater it based on the vibe and the selection.
It was amazing! That smoked/baked pork shoulder was magical. I do not think I have ever tasted any meat, anywhere that was better. I don't usually allow myself fried chicken, but this was fantastic. The crust was so light, and the meat was perfect! Giant Mac and Cheese. They ate every bit. And I do not know what they do with their cornbread but, it was outstanding. I am so glad I had this food for the party.
I picked this up and it was ready, right-on time. They were on their way to cater a wedding, but they helped me to get all the food into my car.
It was an absolute win on every count. I will return.“

We’ve been picking up a couple most every week for those nights when we can’t face cooking, but don’t want to go out. Our favorite is the Chicken Parmesan - the chicken is moist and tender, and the breading and sauce are well seasoned. We also enjoy the short rib ravioli, tenderloin tips, and lasagna. We’ve also grabbed a sandwich and salad for those times we want to eat light.“

We got a quick drink, but the bartenders were busy with serving the restaurant , One of their wonderful ladies named Tonya made eye contact with me and saw that we were in need of some help. We were in a hurry to get to an event at North and she made sure that we got our food quickly and our check as well. We made it to the event thanks to her. We will definitely be back, the sushi was fabulous as well as the miso soup.“

“New Taj India is a bit of a hidden gem just outside the core of downtown Nashua. Arriving between lunch and dinner crowds, it was a bit quiet. Owner Ginny met me at the door and took care of me from there. The restaurant is beautifully - and authentically - decorated, giving the experience a nice vibe. To start, I dove into an order of soft and sweet Punjabi Nan which comes with a couple of sauces for dipping. Then came Taj Choice, a mixed platter of appetizer items and more sauces; everything was cooked to perfection and delicious. I could have stopped there, but no. For the main came a monster bowl of Taj’s Special Biryani - which I ordered spicy hot - loaded with lamb, chicken, shrimp, almonds, vegetables, cashews, raisins, and comes with a side of Raita to temper the spice. I walked away very happy and with enough Biryani left over for a meal the next day. Highly recommended.“

“Giant Of Siam is a long-time Thai favorite in downtown Nashua. Recently, I arrived here just before their midday break but was nevertheless welcomed enthusiastically. The main room is beautifully - and authentically - decorated. The elevated booths look inviting under their cute faux rooves. Their menu has a wide variety of dishes from which to choose. Chilling down on this hot day with a tasty Trader Vic’s Mai Tai, I warmed back up a bit with the savory Tod Mann appetizer which is lightly deep-fried ground fish and shrimp patties seasoned with Thai curry paste, accompanied by a cucumber sauce with crushed peanuts. For the main, I went with the Giant Rainbow specialty dish, a sautéed mixture of chicken (you can choose beef), cashews, baby corn, red peppers, carrots, onions, celery, snow peas, water chestnuts, and tomatoes - m’wah! Highly recommended.“
