“I absolutely love going into any Marylou's, but this store is nice and bright, welcoming, and you are greeted within seconds of entering. The employees are smiling and happy to help: I don't usually look for changes to my go-to iced coffee, but when I needed some help deciding, the employee was patient and helpful (not pushy!) I was able to convey what I had in mind, they knew exactly what I was looking for. No time to go inside? There's a drive-thru. The employees are always very nice through the microphone as well. Even if the line is long, they can keep it moving.

When I told them the order is for someone with allergies they went out of their way to clean off the counter tops and any equipment they would need to use. Usually baristas look like they hate everything about their job but Allison was super friendly and had amazing customer service. Give her a raise! 6:40pm on Friday the 9th of August. Ice was cubed. “I am NOT a dunkin girl (even though I was raised in Boston). With that said, I constantly find myself at this East Falmouth location because the staff is AMAZING. They are always slammed and busy, but their kindness and smiles are constant. The regular staff on weekdays all deserve a raise! I will keep coming back because they are a pleasure to see.

“Not a coffee drinker so Red Bull is my go-to source of caffeine. Saw these Red Bull Infusions and decided to give it a try. Not a fan, way too sweet for me and also had an after taste of the original Red Bull flavor vs the flavored Red Bulls which i like significantly more. The person behind the window was nice and recommended her favorite flavor Cherry Lime, but just not for me.Clearly this place is more of a coffee/donut shop, but wanted to try something new. Service and Atmosphere 5 stars, but disappointed with my Red Bull experience… 4 stars overall“
