Dunkin' Donuts in Salem

“My family and I stopped in here on a morning that had been especially difficult. The kindness we received from the staff definitely turned things around for us.
They were not only professional, but they went out of their way to be helpful. The large coffee I got was excellent. Thanks to all the staff here.“

“Came to this location to buy coffee and noticed the employee was by herself. She had a lot of online orders. I decided to try to make it easy for her and download the app to order my coffee. Unfortunately, my phone will not let me I believe management needs to be looked intofor this young lady to be by herself and have to maintain front of the house and back of the house is unacceptable as a food industry manager this is disgusting to have a young lady closing a store by herself I will be making a formal complaint through corporate.“

“Cynthia is a goddess and always aces my food orders. She's such a friendly face and it's worth coming here just to see her. They never mess up my coffees (unlike other dunks where I'll have to ask for extra milk/cream and sugar). I miss the old layout from before the renovation, but it's still 10/10“

“This is one of the best remodeled Dunkin’s that I have been to. What sets this store apart is the staff, especially the morning staff when it’s the busiest time. The staff are always fast and efficient, take orders quickly, pay attention to special requests, and they are always cheerful and energetic. Getting my morning coffee and bagel was a great part of my morning routine when I lived in Salem.“

“Yes, this is the viral Dunkin' all over TikTok! I can say it's definitely not Al, even though most people think it is. It's a very small store that's decorated really nice for October only. I'm assuming that because of its location in Salem, and of course, the decor is the reason why it gets so crowded. The line to get in gets extremely long. Luckily, when we arrived, the line wasn't bad, but within minutes, the line got so long. The line moves fairly quickly, so it isn't so bad. There were tons of people filming and taking pictures for content, so if you don't like to be filmed, this Dunkin in October isn't for you. All in all it's very clean and the donuts look freshly made. The customer service here is a plus. If you're looking for cups my suggestion is arrive early or go to another location in Salem that's less crowded because they sell out quickly especially the black cup.“

“Dunkin Donuts is pretty good if you get fresh donuts. Where else could you get the best of Duncan when you're in Massachusetts. I believe I had a hangover when I went there and I don't understand that taste good but I have been at other Dunkin Donuts and they were really good. The coffee is really good. Their donuts are really good. Sometimes the wait staff is not very sharp. I don't know what's up with that.“
