“Very nice inside. Friendly fast service. Very clean. The set up is very modern is very open and inviting. I love the fact they have places to sit. Most do but it is always nice to see. No phones people. Sit, talk, be human, interact, have some coffee and the best muffins. Chocolate Chip muffins from Dunkin Doughnuts is the best muffins. They use cake mix no corn meal.

“Cynthia is a goddess and always aces my food orders. She's such a friendly face and it's worth coming here just to see her. They never mess up my coffees (unlike other dunks where I'll have to ask for extra milk/cream and sugar). I miss the old layout from before the renovation, but it's still 10/10“
“Customer service is outstanding! Always greeted with a smile! Lisa, the employee who usually takes my order, ensures it's prepared accurately as ordered and promptly ready. The crew, apparently led by Lisa, is professional as they interact in a manner that makes me feel comfortable. I often end up sitting down to enjoy a clean and pleasant atmosphere that me forget that I'm even in a dunkin' donuts restaurant. Customer service is a 10 out of a 10!... If I have one complaint it would be the selection not available of certain items based on the menu. Lastly, if they could widen their variety of merchandise, cups, t-shirts, etc it would definitely make the Boston St dunkin' donuts the number one location for my delicious and always prepared fresh coffee!!!“
“Dunkin Donuts is pretty good if you get fresh donuts. Where else could you get the best of Duncan when you're in Massachusetts. I believe I had a hangover when I went there and I don't understand that taste good but I have been at other Dunkin Donuts and they were really good. The coffee is really good. Their donuts are really good. Sometimes the wait staff is not very sharp. I don't know what's up with that.“

“Can't give this place enough credit. Went in for a cup of coffee and realized I forgot my wallet. The young man behind the counter, the
manager I'm assuming, paid for my coffee out of his pocket and I promised I would be back.
The next day I returned with a nice new bill for the individual in a great tip for the appreciated service from the day before. Not many places would do that for you.“
“Dunkin Donuts 429 Highland Ave has the best donuts and breakfast specials. Our granddaughter loves the Hash Browns with bacon yumm! “We are thankful for Milena and the team at this Highland Ave in Salem MA. She was very kind and professional. The donuts were delicious too and the order was accurate. \nWe love our grandchildren and they love Duncan too so eating Duncan Donuts together gives us happy times together and is a gift! !
