“Went tonight based on a recommendation from a friend. I had the watermelon martini which was delicious. The artichoke appetizer was perfection. I hade the ribeye which was flavorful just a little overcooked. I tend to like steak very rare either way I would try it again. My boyfriend ordered his filet medium which was a little closer to well but he still enjoyed it. Our server was very attentive and hard working. She frequently checked to make sure we were happy. We will definitely go back.“

“My husband and I went to Crossroads last night on the spur of the moment - we were pleasantly surprised with everything!! Great vibe / casual and relaxing with great TV set ups at the bar so we could keep an eye on the Celtics game… great cocktails, food was fresh and delicious with a unique flair that the chef creates to show his wide range of training and influences! I love that he personally came out to chat with us after we finished eating. What a wonderful local business that I am happy to support! Can’t wait to go back and try more of their amazing offerings! “1 thing about the place is, the drinks aren't cheap.
Compared to some places going at 16 to 18
This place is going at 22. All before tax and tips.
Now what makes this place special.
The effort. Most drinks are nicely presented and decorated. The drinks are not the highest in ABV but not low as well. Average of the 4 drinks I had, will put them around 18% to 20%.

The ambience is amazing. Truly a realm of dark arts.
The problem is, they have a small space and you might and will wait for a seat.
And is worth it.
I waited for 30mins. No regrets.“

“Everybody needs to have a great dive bar. THIS IS IT! Long bar with comfy stools. Lots of seating and standing room along the other side of the room. Limited (but too limited) selection of beers and alcohol which makes it easy to pick one without taking too much time. Bar staff have been around and seen some shit and they aren't going to put up with you're bullshit. They are very nice and super efficient, but they have people to serve. The prices are GREAT, incredible for downtown Boston. I love everything about this place.“

Reservations highly encouraged, but our timing worked out perfectly and we got two seats at the bar! “I had my Daughter’s bridal shower at the Long Cross. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The venue provided linens and flowers for the tables. We had complete use of the back part of the restaurant and patio. They allowed us to set up a balloon arch and backdrop for pictures, and several tables for displays and games. The food was great and the price was reasonable. I would recommend having your party or shower there.“
