“First visit today, although we live somewhat in the neighborhood and I am already kicking myself for not having got here sooner. Red tabbouleh spicing was very punchy and vivid. Allspice in the stuffed grape leaves make them worth coming back for, not something I think I've ever said about stuffed grape leaves before. Most unforgettable was the red lentil soup with its soft rich velvety texture over two or three layers of different delicious flavors. Great first impression, can't wait to go back, solid A leaning toward A+.“

“My husband and I sat outside and had a lovely snack in the sun, away from most of the hustle & bustle that October brings to Salem. We thoroughly enjoyed the butternut squash hummus, falafel, and cauliflower & quinoa tabouleh but the real highlight for us was the apple cider! Holy. It was the best we had on our trip around New England. Not too sweet, served nice & hot, lightly spiced and so, so good! The service was wonderful as well! “I came to the Hummus Shop for a quick lunch before heading to a flight.

It’s a fairy hidden place, but there’s a sign on the street — you just have to go down the hallway. It’s a cozy spot with limited seating.

It was my first time here and the person working at the front was very helpful in ordering and walking me through the menu. They have a few main options based on their proteins. I got a pita with the eggplant. It was great!!! They were very flexible in making this vegan by replacing the egg with a couple of falafels.

Great food to go and it was delicious as well, the sauces were especially good. It was messy to eat but that’s what makes it fun!

Would definitely recommend, I hope to be back to try the vegan “chicken” as well.“

She was incredibly responsive, organized, and helpful in guiding us through the planning process, making everything feel effortless and stress-free.

On the day of the event, the hospitality was exceptional. The servers were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure both we and our guests had a wonderful experience. The food was outstanding, and our guests are still talking about it. The Rosa Ritas and Espresso Martinis were huge hits and quickly became favorites of the afternoon!

The atmosphere was warm, stylish, and welcoming, creating the perfect backdrop for such a meaningful family celebration. Every detail came together beautifully, and we are so grateful to the entire Trade team for helping make our celebration so special.
