The Benedict’s English muffins were thin, making them a perfect base for the main stars of the dish - eggs, hollandaise sauce, and protein. The home fries were perfectly cut, small wedges of potato seasoned just right and not greasy. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the service was spot on (a nice balance of attention while not ignoring you or rushing your meal). The service was a team effort; one individual took the order, another checked on beverages, while the owner brought the meals to the table.
