I got a small coffee and cherry pastry and a toasty seat by the fire. The whole place was clean and bright, the staff friendly and ready, despite the early hour and the storm. Flights of waffles, pancakes and french-toast, eggs-benedict (Irish) with corned beef hash and what had to be a homemade english muffin, bagel breakfast egg & cheese sandwich and junior breakfast with CRISPY BACON - they asked how you want it regular or crispy. Right across the side street from The Commons at Worcester City Hall! Yes! We New Englanders know how to party! _____, her husband _____, pal _____, and yours truly (all of us Leominsterites) made merry at the best middle eastern establishment around! (It’s been a favorite of mine for some time!) Oversized containers piled high with falafel, kibbeh, egg plant, grape leaves, rice, vegetables, as well as beef and chicken (all separated for the veggies among us, ahem!), hummus, tahini, pita bread, baklava, etc. etc.! All in the wonderful Shawarma Palace! When I worked in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh) in the 1980s, I fell in love with the orange-and-lemon-flavored shawarmas along Al Baatha Street, the central traditional thoroughfare at the time. Today, we all got to replicate those flavors at the Shawarma Palace! Hurray and hurrah!“

I ordered a chicken salad my husband ordered a cheeseburger sub waited 20 mins still no food but the other 3 customers got their food one had a pizza one had chicken finger dinner and one had a steak and cheese. All of which were as quick as our order but i believe a pizza and fried chicken wings should of taken longer then a cheeseburger 🍔“

“Bought a 4 pack at the local grocery. They had been stocking at the store for a short time. Had purchased their selection then realized the beer was flat and a waste. Spent almost $20 for a 4 pack to throw it away. Sent them a courtesy email that I was a bit disappointed and they should check the inventory at that store. Shawn responded a few days later and apologized and asked if I was near their brewery, and he would replace my purchase and offer me a T-Shirt and asked what store I purchased and if I had any photos. Sent him all the info and photos. He has not followed up on his promise.“

“I have been coming to Ziti’s for years and every time I go in for dinner, the food is always outstanding! Their chicken Parmesan and their eggplant Parmesan are so delicious and are always my go to there! Their tomato sauce is so good and it tastes like my Mom used to make! Whenever we had a family party we always ordered their catering - and it always got tons of compliments! We just had dinner there and ordered catering last week - everything was perfect!“

“I always get food from here and coffees. From my favorites; souffles, chicken Frontega, salads, caramelized latte and my new FAVORITE - Their Hot Chai latte!!!! So goooddd! Can't beat their Chai latte (or lattes in general).

The staff are also nice, I don't know the gentleman's name but he's always at the front (taking orders and checking out). He's patient and very nice.“

“Went around 7 pm on a Friday which is usually pretty busy but it was not so much. Food was ready in less then 10 minutes which is much faster compared to other locations where the wait is 20 minutes or more. Order was correct with no issues. Counter person was very welcoming and responsive. Will be going back again.“

“My “gym buddies “, who have become my very good friends went to lunch today at NY Pie in Westborough. We went there because they are a small business that supported the No Kings rally on October 18th and we wanted to show them our support. The pizza was absolutely delicious. If you are in the Westborough area, please patronize them and let them know you appreciate their support of our community.“

“I want to make some suggestions rather than saying I do or don’t recommend this place. I’m familiar with Pepper’s, and I like to support hard-working chefs, especially when they use local farms and vendors. The overall concept of self-service is fine, but I preferred the table service of the old restaurant. It felt a little more closed in, and I also don’t like the paper plates, cups, and plastic utensils. Real utensils were available, though. The salad choices looked really healthy and colorful, and the menu was certainly varied enough. I saw a frittata being served and it was the size of a half piece of pie, though it looked good. My friends and I opted for soup and grilled cheese sandwiches, thinking they would be more like upscale comfort food. Two of us had the bacon-tomato version, the other had the mushroom. Since they were pre-made, then popped in a convection oven, they were more like melted cheese on dry, light toast, versus the buttery, golden goodness that makes a grilled cheese what its name implies. The portion was small and the fillings meager. If the idea was to make it a healthier grilled cheese, even a drizzle of olive oil might help. The soup was luke-warm, but tasty enough. We shared a dessert bar, which was delicious, with black coffee, which didn’t taste fresh like it had ben sitting a while. Be forewarned that if you pay by credit card, an automatic 15 percent tip is added, though you have the option to change it up or down, if you happen to notice it. There wasn’t much service involved, and you clear your own table. My portion alone, which included the sandwich with chips, a cup of soup, dessert bar, and coffee, plus added tip came to just under twenty dollars. I would give it another shot, but there is room for improvement. We all agreed that the dining experience was at a grade of about C+. Wishing you success in the future... Hope this helps.“

“Olive Garden food is a nostalgic classic for our family and always hits the spot, but I felt compelled to review this specific location because of the fantastic service! Both the manager and our server were very attentive, friendly, and kind to our kids. We went during a busy time, and you would never have guessed how crowded it was based on the quality of their service.“

“We visited the Olive Garden for lunch yesterday 11/15. We sat on the bar side and had the most incredible server, Stephanie! She was very knowledgeable about the menu and anticipated our every need. My husband’s beverage was low and she automatically brought a fresh refill. She was right there when our soup and pasta were near finished. I saw her doing this with each table she served. It was refreshing to have a great meal and a perfect server. We left with full stomachs and big smiles. We will definitely be back. Kudos to Stephanie for her great personality and attention to detail.“

“I would recommend the food is wonderful, usually the service is good! Almost always! Two weeks ago I was here and the girl that was at the register left the register because she was under pressure because supposedly I ordered too many things! She walked away crying if you can’t handle the pressure don’t work somewhere! I asked if you was upset with me I ordered you pick 2 cream of broccoli soup one turkey bravo half of sandwich a cup of iced coffee and some chicken for my dog one orange scone! So what’s the problem! I don’t know today when I went back to Panera bread the girl with the yellow nails was so nice to me, she is a great worker, but come to find out, the nice Brazilian girl in the kitchen said you complains last time and you made the girl cry I said how did I complain I never complained! Maybe she was just having a bad day but not because of me! I felt kind of off guard when I went to pick up my food, So again if you can’t handle the pressure don’t work at Panera bread! It’s my money and I spend it where I want to spend it I work hard for it so Customer is always right I wasn’t rude I was always pleasant every time I come here or anywhere I go me and my service dog! I like an apology from Panera bread this is a palling very disturbing! If I ask for something extra I pay extra for it bottom line the customers always right, if you want them to return! Treat them well, & leave your problems at home don’t bring them to work with you blaming others that your upset with them when in fact it’s something else that’s going on in your life! I did not treat her badly at all! For the record the rest of the staff is very nice, but when the girl started crying of course I felt very bad for her I thought someone died in her family or something no one told me that she was upset with me! Course I feel still feel bad for the poor girl maybe somethings happening in her life that she took it out on me on the customer don’t bring your problems to work! I hope that the manager talks to the girl to comfort her what ever she is upset with! But I know it was not me!“
