Salt + Stone is a great spot for special occasions or casual gatherings with friends. The manager and staff provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Guests have noted that the food is excellent, with every dish being unique and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is lively, featuring a beautiful back bar perfect for date nights and a charming outdoor patio. The menu offers plenty of options for different tastes, including the popular Rigatoni Bolognese with warm burrata and Baked Brie. Diners have enjoyed the fire-roasted salmon and noted that the food comes out piping hot and well-seasoned. Guests appreciate the cocktails, especially the best blood orange mimosa and the signature Vesper martini, expertly crafted to impress. There is convenient free parking nearby, making Salt + Stone a must-visit destination in Boston. Some diners mentioned that while the food is delicious, it can be overpriced, and the time from ordering to delivery can be long during busy times. Additionally, while the outdoor tent is a nice feature, some guests found the presence of animals inside to be off-putting. Many visitors have enjoyed the generous service, such as splitting pasta dishes for sharing, enhancing their dining experience. Salt + Stone is a highly recommended spot for lunch in Assembly and has received praise for its delicious food and pleasant staff, despite some concerns about slow service during busy periods.
