“A very, very welcome addition to Florence and a significant upgrade to the space. The atmosphere is welcoming and open. I am not sure why but everyone there always seems healthy and happy which is why I added "romantic atmosphere" to the tags for this review.“

“First time visit for me, our party of 6 Classy yet casual was my first impression. Waitstaff was patient, friendly and attentive We ate inside but they do have outdoor patio for dining. We all enjoyed our selections. My only suggestion is for the benches and metal chairs to have cushions for more comfortable seating.“

“I had a coffee date smoothie which was delicious. My only complaint is that my French toast bagel with vanilla cream cheese had hints of onion, which was really disappointing.

I would suggest they create separate spaces for sweet and savory as it really ruined the taste.“

“Nice to have a coffee roasting factory nearby. They are only open on Monday and Thursday. I just walked in and bought a pound of roasted coffee Kenya beans for $20. The price was not marked clearly but absolutely affordable. And when I did pour over at home, the coffee powder produced a lot of bubbles which indicates the beans are indeed freshly roasted.“

I commented on how pretty my coffee looked with the whipped cream and drizzle once and the lady who handed it to me said "Only the best for our customers!" with a big smile. What other Dunkin has service like that?“

“Nice dunkin donuts that's very close to my job. I usually come here to order since they are so close. The staff at the window especially a young guy that was there today around 12pm could have been a little nicer and cordial and not give such weird glares.“

“What can I say about a starbucks in Hadley Massachusetts. It's a great location for my family since it's super close to their school. I often go in there for an afternoon pick me up which is great. If I'm feeling an extra need for a pickme up I will get something sweet. They are never very busy but the drive through is crazy. I have learned that often my coffee will come right out but sometimes it's put into the QUEUE and both my baked good and my drink will come out in the order that it was ordered. I never ask for my baked goods to be warmed up. That is a waste of time and energy in my opinion. Frequented by a lot of college students. I have even from time to time sat at this location and done work, accessing the WIFI and gotten a ton of work done. Their bathroom is also locked and you need to ask one of the baristas for the code which they share freely.“

“this is our regular starbucks, we go one or two times a week on average for the last few years, usually just drinks and not food. we used to do mainly drive through, but it can get backed up and the location makes it hard to be in line without getting trapped by folks coming in and out of the road and parking lot, so we have found it much easier to order ahead on mobile and walk in. generally the mobile order time estimate is spot on which is nice. usually the parking isnt too crowded unless its rush hour, and even then there is a whole other side of the parking lot that is easily accessible.in all the times weve went, i have never had a single unpleasant interaction with an employee. even on a day where i had to wait 15 minutes past pickup for my drinks because their espresso machines broke and they were down to one machine that was also being cranky, and they were understandably frazzled and stressed, they were apologetic and trying their hardest. ive very occasionally gotten a drink not made right, but just small things like missing an extra flavor pump. mistakes happen! if you just politely let them know theyre more than happy to fix it for you. i get that folks can be in a rush, but practice some patience and humanity. if you cant wait for a remake, let them know next time there had been an issue, or call when you have a free sec and let them know so they can remake next time youre in.thanks to the staff here for all the great treats youve made us! we especially love the pink drink with chocolate cold foam, its like a chocolate covered strawberry and soooo good.“

“They have so much quality food. They pre-made sandwiches, they have grinders, macaroni and cheese, pizza, quesadillas, a cafe. They have soup and a salad bar, they have lovely desserts, too. This is my favorite place to use my dining dollars and it is open late. It's fairly quiet at night and is good for studying. If you live near there they have Grab n Go in the morning, too.“

“Good but should of mentioned the garlic sauce was spicy. It has caused issues and I am reporting it.
Sometimes food is messed up but barely anymore it was more when the oil was different for the fries at this location all the way to West Springfields location on Riverdale Road. Since corrected, things have been great!!!!“
