“Vanilla latte. Or vanilla black tea“

“What an amazing place to grab a bite to go! You can’t go wrong with a cupcake and a nice big salad full of fresh veggies. Bonus points for the roster of house made dressings. Extra bonus points for the welcoming atmosphere and awesome staff. Extra extra bonus points for the coolest owner in town. 100000/10“

“Drove up from New York (signed the board) for my 5 year old grand daughter's recital. Food was really good and the people were very nice. will definitely be back!“

“First time here today. I enjoyed my drink. The cafe is very pretty and spacious enough, plus lots of cute outdoor seating. The one thing I noticed that was really awkward, and frankly, a little icky, is that the coffee pickup counter, condiments counter, and BATHROOM are all squished together into one tiny corner. There is enough room that this could be laid out better.“

“best espresso around🙌🏻incredible service, and the setup inside is gorgeous“

“Since they have reopened - they have amazing doughnuts. They melt in your mouth. I love the maple frosted, but the maple and bacon or the cake doughnut are also amazing!“

“not sure about vegan experience but for vegetarians they have many options and are always willing to help with substitutions! my personal favorites are the fresh mozzarella melt and the quinoa bowl! my boyfriend’s favorite is the veggie burrito with pico Updated from previous review on 2026-04-10“

“Food amazing services great having a market attached to the restaurant is pretty awesome as well. The biggest and the only issue I have with this place is the parking lot sucks dirt and always full of lot holes. Take some if those profits and pace your lot“

“I LOVE THERE COFFEE. If you want that old classic taste of a hot pot of coffee from Grandma at 5 am, this is the place to order there ground coffee is made by the oldest type of coffee machine I've seen it looks amazing smells amazing but the best part is the flavors. I've went to that day of waking up with my grandma making coffee for my grandpa for work and it made me so happy to drink the cup they give to anyone that wants it.10/10“

“It's a small cozy place and great to bring friends if you want to talk. And, their pastries are from nearby Lemon Bakery which makes superb ..... everything!“

“Wonderful service. Very helpful. Delicious food and tea.“

“Very good coffee and friendly staff. I love supporting local!“

“Amazing experience with fantastic cocktails and perfectly seasoned cuisines. We loved the diverse menu and ambiance. The feta and harissa appetizer, tostada and or salad far exceeded our expectations. You will pay 1/3 here what you would pay in the city. Enjoy!“

“We arrived in Northampton with a request from my son for a scone, so to Google I went for a coffee shop with scones. Lo and behold Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters was a four minute walk from our AirBnB! Delicious sunrise smoothies, latte, Americano, breakfast sandwiches, scones and the cherry on top- a rad t shirt to support the Trevor Project! We will definitely be visiting again!“

“The Zen Frog offers a delightful mix of housewares, coffees, and teas. While the pastries could be fresher, the ambiance is elevated by live music nights and rejuvenating reiki/tai chi sessions, making it a haven for relaxation and enjoyment.“

“SO good. the dill cream cheese was amazing, i added it to the american sandwich. pretty fair prices too for the quality…other shops like this hike the price up to $20 for a coffee and a sandwhich but my order came out to about $14. wish i lived closer!“

“Great friendly staff. 👍 Love that there’s one in the area now!“

“love the food. but Northampton location always spells my name wrong. Even with me spelling it for them. Today I am Oynna apparently.“

“Went to pick up a gift card yesterday and had my young son with me. The super helpful gentleman asked if my son would like a munchkin and at first I said no then changed my mind because he hasn’t had one before. He gave my son a free munchkin and made his day. Thank you!“

“Jaylene JUST helped me with my iced Black brown sugar coffee. She is the definition of superb customer service! I stopped here after having a very awful experience at the Granby location earlier this week... & now, I’ll make this my new location! THANK YOU!!“

“The mocha was very delicious and so addicting. Would recommend. I did not like the cranberry orange muffin. It had WAY too many cranberries and it tasted like orange essence, not true orange zest, and that matters. Don’t nobody wants a thick mouthful of cranberries, homies.“

“Came in right before closing — the door was already locked, but the drive-thru was still open. The staff was excellent: friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They didn’t seem rushed or eager to leave, but instead provided great service. Thank you!“

“Thank you all for liking my store. We sure are trying to be # 1.“

“Thank you today

App was down

For some reason rejected 3 credit cards

2 girls were able to transfer the order AND keep the mobile reward

Thank you for the extra effort, great service“

“Stopped by in the later afternoon and the person manning the drive through was so polite. I asked if the one drink (I think it was the stardust one?) had any caffeine and they checked to make sure it did not. The person who also took my order and payment also had the same ring that I did which I thought was awesome (and they did as well). I would 100% come here again.“

“love the food. but Northampton location always spells my name wrong. Even with me spelling it for them. Today I am Oynna apparently.“

“everything was fresh and simply delicious!“

“This is a fine Star Bucks location. The renovations have improved counter space and room for busy baristas. For the drive through service it’s fast and efficient. They have clearly fixed any issues with order times. I give them Five Stars ⭐️“

“The staff at this Starbucks location is truly exceptional. When I needed to order a coffee traveler and the nearby Starbucks was unable to prepare it due to water problems, I called this Starbucks inside Target while in a hurry. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with my order even if they are really busy and the coffee traveler package is all the way back in the store, and I received my coffee traveler in just 20 minutes. I'm genuinely grateful for the friendly and helpful service here, and the coffee is simply outstanding!“

“Ghost pepper donuts at the south deerfield dunkin. Great service and great donuts. So addicted to both.“

“YUP Coffee Roasters is the best hidden gem in Florence & Northampton. Excellent coffee and the barista, Molly, is fabulous! It is family owned and operated and this family are some of the nicest people on the planet! FIVE PLUS STARS!“

“They have so much quality food. They pre-made sandwiches, they have grinders, macaroni and cheese, pizza, quesadillas, a cafe. They have soup and a salad bar, they have lovely desserts, too. This is my favorite place to use my dining dollars and it is open late. It's fairly quiet at night and is good for studying. If you live near there they have Grab n Go in the morning, too.“

“It feels a little weird to write a review for a Dunkin' Donuts, but I wanted to shout out the staff for being so nice every time I go. It's a busy spot, but they keep the line moving quickly. I commented on how pretty my coffee looked with the whipped cream and drizzle once and the lady who handed it to me said "Only the best for our customers!" with a big smile. What other Dunkin has service like that?“

“Convenient location inside weatherheads! Updated 10/17/25 Newly renovated inside! We both ordered the six dollar meal deal! Service was excellent! Seating area is small and uncomfortable! Food was cooked perfectly! Other dunkin's burn the hash browns! Their coffee was spot on!“

“Dear, McDonald's MGMT

It was a pleasure meeting you and your husband at McDonald's this evening, March 7th.

I am writing to personally thank you for the wonderful experience. You are incredibly kind and patient, not only with your customers but also with your employees. Your fun, upbeat, and outgoing personality reflects well on your staff and the entire establishment. Because of your leadership, customers receive a positive experience that contributes to a healthy environment for everyone.

We need more establishments run by effective management that prioritizes the well-being of workers, the restaurant environment, and the treatment of customers. If I could give you a 10-star rating, I certainly would. It was so nice to meet you, and the food tasted amazing.

Thank you again for your hard work and dedication.

Best regards,

Robert Kelley“
