The Boathouse is at Brunelle's Marina on a bend in the Connecticut River with beautiful views and a chance to book a boat ride down the river in good weather. We have been to this restaurant many times! Wonderful view of the Connecticut River while dining. (Check for good directions prior to going). River cruises available. Waitstaff friendly, great cocktails, however, limited wine selection. Very casual. Did not feel rushed. Seats at the large bar for cocktails and lunch/dinner too. Held a post funeral luncheon at the newly renovated Boathouse Restaurant on the Connecticut River. Everything was great -food, service, ambiance, parking, and price. They were able to handle a large group (80 or so) with ease. Waitstaff was especially attentive to children and gluten free guest. Many people told me they will return.
