“Went for late lunch (1pm) but still had to wait for a seat. Wait time was about 15 minutes and so easy as there's plenty of seating to accommodate all.I had the quick lunch. Bowl of soup (fish chowder) and salad with fresh GREEN spring mix & great handmade dressing!Parking: The attached parking garage is pay per hour, BUT the first hour is Free and it's $.75 per hour after!Kid-friendliness: All are welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: Garage is 5 stories high with an elevator exiting on the 3rd level. This gets you to a bridge from the garage to the level of the mall building right where the restaurant is located. Easy-to-use design with buttons for opening the doors.“
“Great place. The food is excellent and the portions are large and are a great value. Parking can be a bit challenging. The staff has obviously been there for a while. They're very efficient and competent. My favorites are anything with lobster and the fish and chips which is enormous and fresh as can be. You'll enjoy this place for sure.“
“I had the mushroom salad and tortellini soup, both were fantastic. Parking can be tricky but there is a lot across the street to use. Service was fast, food came out quick, service was perfectly attentive but not bothersome. This is my choice of restaurants when I go to Northampton. Love it. “This place has awesome sushi! Annaisewas such a sweet young lady who took our order. We had such a nice interaction with her. She needs a raise! We waited a long time for our order but the ppl ordering were so nice to speak with. One gentleman was from Dedham and that's not far from where we live. He missed how New Englanders say "South Shore". The food was worth the wait. Thanks to our brother for suggesting this wonderful place. I'm stuffed.“

The customer service was terrific, the food received rave reviews and the price point was equivalent to the quality of the food. They were accommodating and really easy to do business with. “My wife and I love good Cajun food. Our meals at Springdale Lunch in Holyoke were delicious. Just the right amount of Cajun heat in my Chicken Gumbo. And the Chicken with Crawfish Étouffée, and my wife's Blackened Tuna were perfectly prepared, as was the tasty cornbread that came with our meals. The place is small, but comfortable. The prices are fair. And the owner/chef is awesome. Our lunch was a real treat. We will be back.“
“Highly recommend Captain Jacks in Easthampton, MA. Lobster roll is enormous, not smothered in mayo or other heavy sauces. Very tender. Fried claims/colhogs are lightly fried, no sand, great portion. I keep going back because no one can beat them.“

“My body thanks me for such a delicious meal today. Upset with myself that I took no good picture but means I need to come back again. Came here with family after going to a retirement party. We ordered stuffed mushrooms and fried mozzarella for appetizers. Has to be some of the best fried mozzarella I have ever had with that perfect crisp bite and oozing cheese. Everyone ordered fillet. Cook it to how you like it, rare is indeed rare and look as a medium rare comes away it should too. I have some leftovers so looking forward to having that for lunch Sunday this week. Thought about steak and eggs for breakfast but I am still full! For dessert my aunt wanted to order three things by insisted how full everyone was we only ordered two. We all had cappuccinos and I asked the waitress to get me a scoop of ice cream for mine as well as order a chocolate cake and tiramisu. Chocolate cake was dry, tiramisu was out of this world and I am not a fan of tiramisu. The end of the day I had a very positive experience and looking forward to bringing a date here someday.“
“Been awhile since I've been there, but we had a nice meal. One of us had the fish and chips, which they were kind enough to substitute rice instead of the chips and I had the stuffed shrimp which was excellent. I highly recommend if you like seafood.“

“Hands down had the BEST waitress ever, (I hope I am spelling her name right), Rizza, her personality added to making our experience even better.HOWEVER- the bartender (Saturday 3/2 night) had the WORST attitude ever! (I also bartend and waitress)She didn’t even acknowledge me while I was the ONLY person at the bar, I let it slide, after a few minutes the manager came over and asked if I had been helped, (mind you I was apart of a huge party in the back, and I arrived late, so I went to the bar to grab my husband , myself and our other 2 friends drinks, we are all over 40yrs old) she snapped back at me with the continued attitude, saying they needed to know who the drinks were going to. I replied I can go get their IDs, she said then told me you need to just order through your waitress.That’s fine and I understood, YET did NOT understand why I was getting SO much attitude from her.I can’t remember ever being treated like that from any bartender/server in my life.Point being, don’t go to the bar!!! And def ask for Rizza!!!“
“This place has been a family favorite since I was a kid. My tastes have changed a lot since then, but there's something on the menu for everyone here. I used to be a picky eater (cheese pizza) and now I'm having a hard time deciding what to eat because it's ALL GREAT! The white goat pizza is a go-to for me and my sister when we're dining together. Eggplant Parmesan is awesome. I could eat my body weight in zucchini fries. This is such a warm, casual atmosphere and the service is really good and friendly. We always feel at home at Roberto's.“
