Truly authentic and delicious, extremely reasonable prices, perfect ambiance, and wonderfully hospitable. The staff are very kind, personal, and professional. Whether it be Kerala fish curry, puri bhaji from Mumbai, or tandoori chicken, the food covers a vast array of Indian dishes from many regions of the country, with the dinner and lunch buffet alike being plentifully tasty and fulfilling. The atmosphere of the restaurant itself is full of community, with many people, from college students to retirees, coming together to enjoy a feast under its roof. As someone who has a deep appreciation of Indian cuisine, I can honestly say that this is some of the best Indian food you will ever find. “BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! Love Cana's BBQ !! - This was always my 'go to' restaurant whenever I had guests, but I am afraid it will no longer be the case. We will drive to Amherst/Northampton in future. I recently had relatives from England and we always come to Cana when they are here BUT This time was a huge disappointment. We ordered the BBQ only to find out that their selection of sides had been reduced from 10 to 5. Even the broccoli was reduced to 2 very small pieces. How are you going to split that between 4 people? The other 5 sides which were usually included, are now available for additional cost. Their prices are not cheap to start with, but we have not complained because the food is really good, but to spoil one's reputation for the sake of a few cents to add a few more pieces of broccoli, or a full selection of sides for a party of four, is certainly not the way to increase your bottom line because now you have lost these customers.. With drinks and dessert our bill was close to $200, and we always spend at least that mic at Cana!“

“My dad and I ate here last night before a show at Academy Music. Akasia was our server and we loved her. Our food was the best meal we have ever had together in all of our foodie ventures and we wish it was closer so we could go back. The steak tips were cut in house and resembled filet. The scallops were so good we got a second order. The salad was delicate but really great. My dad got the salmon and he is very picky on salmon, but it was incredible and he was delighted we made the choice to go there. I wish the oysters on the half shell were bigger, but the rest made up for it. My dad is in a wheelchair and everyone was super accommodating. Akasia was on point and knew we had a time crunch and accommodated that and also took some nice photos of us together. Great mock-tails and atmosphere was a 10. Hopefully one day soon we can make it back.“

“Of all the businesses in the Northampton area, I think Pie Bar is my #1 favorite. Everything is perfect: the savory and sweet offerings, the full espresso menu, the indoor and outdoor ambiance, the kindness of the employees, the proximity to the beloved bike path. Pie Bar is the place that makes me feel luckiest to live here, and I hope it stays forever.

“I usually get a normal steamed chicken bowl and it's absolutely delicious, I've gotten other bowls and they're so full of flavor with high quality ingredients as well. It's quite a generous portion as well. The workers are really nice as well. And they have good Boba tea and some other surprisingly good drinks, I don't want to butcher the name though.

Glad to live so close to it. Also, service was above and beyond. I was surprised how slow it was for a Friday evening but maybe that’s cause there’s no booze? 10/10 would recommend.“

“Tasty tofu and chicken banh mi sandwiches. The tofu was marinated, and the veggies were fresh. The tofu banh mi can be vegan if you ask for it without mayo, and it's still very tasty. The bread they used is good too. Also, sandwiches were $9.20 each (steak and shrimp are more expensive).

The vegetable pho was yummy as well, it came with snow peas, bok choi, and fried tofu. We added spicy basil, so it came out to around $13.“

“My husband and I try to visit the Delaney House at least once a year. We went last night to celebrate our 6 year anniversary. Our server, Cali M, was great. She was experienced enough as a server to know to ask us if we were celebrating anything, and made it that much more special by bringing us complimentary glasses of delicious champagne. She had the perfect balance between checking in on us while not being over-bearing or making us feel rushed. The food, as always, was a 10/10 and we even tried new cocktails which were delicious. One of our favorite spots!“

“Woodstar has long been one of my absolute staples for a great drink and sandwich. The Berkshire is by far my favorite sandwich with it's baked daily bread, pesto, and turkey. The Honey Lemon Ginger tea (hot or iced) is also my absolute favorite drink. Paired with a delicious coffee, perfection! Been coming here for years and the quality and consistency is top notch!“
