The staff are always so welcoming and friendly. Food is always amazing, drinks are always prepared correctly. The manger seems like he keeps a team environment, keep doing what you guys are doing!“

After trying some examples from Donut Dip, I have settled on the jelly filled cruller as the best donut that is available today. It is dense, crunchy, sweet, full of “donut flavor”. Incredible. Both were as yummy as when I was a little kid, and glazed donuts were still my 1st favorite.The drive thru employee was very friendly. I've actually never had an unpleasant employee at the Tyler St. Location Drive Thru. Can't say the same for the counter, when I can vividly recall a male worker threatening to, "Kill me" just loud enough for me to hear, but no one else. Was I being a total Karen about the level of cream in my coffee? How about a rogue sprinkle touching my bagel? Nope! I'm not the type of person that complains, unless it's a huge deal, and then I'm still apologizing for complaining. I had ordered my cheddar cheese bagel twist toasted w butter, he handed me a bagel twist, just grabbed it off the rack. So I asked him if he would please toast it, and I could have some butter because by the time I got home it would be nasty. So ya, that's where I went too far. I'm just glad I didn't give him a bad haircut!

Parking: The drive thru cuts right thru the middle of the parking lot, and the exceptional "Big Brain" drivers can't seem to get the concept of pulling up to the vehicle in front of them. So it happens multiple times a day that the line will be so long, you have a traffic back-up due to cars waiting to turn into the lot, but can't get in, thanks to those considerate drivers waiting, that leave a large space, when there isn't room, it blocks

Wheelchair accessibility: There are 2 wheelchair parking accessible spots right in the front where the entrance is; there are 2 doors one opens on the right, one on the left. The spaces are in front of each door.“

“shoutout to this girl idk her name but she was so nice. this was like 1-2 weeks ago. my train time was being pushed to being 10 minutes later for boarding, so i order dunkin via mobile order. 2 minutes later go by and my boarding time goes from 3pm to 2:52pm (it was 2:48pm at this time) !!!! thankfully, the girl asked if i had the mobile order and i said yes. i tell her if i could j get the sandwich bc my boarding time got switched to being early and that i’ll be okay without my drink and snacking bacon lol. she tells me smthn along the lines of “nah nah i gotchu hollon” and has the sandwich ready, grabs my snacking bacon, and it turns out my drink was all ready. all in a dash. she was so sweet and dunkin girl idk ur name but if ur reading this THANK YOUUUUUU i hope you get a raise and a 700 dollar check🫶“

“It feels a little weird to write a review for a Dunkin' Donuts, but I wanted to shout out the staff for being so nice every time I go. It's a busy spot, but they keep the line moving quickly. I commented on how pretty my coffee looked with the whipped cream and drizzle once and the lady who handed it to me said "Only the best for our customers!" with a big smile.
