“Best latte around! ☕️ They don’t have a drive-thru, just walk-in, but I always come here because the latte is totally worth it. I’ve tried lattes at several Dunkin’ locations in Ashland, Framingham, Southborough, Westborough, and Hopkinton—this one makes the best by far. Highly recommend!

“First time I've been to a Honey Dew. At this location, I found the staff very friendly! The food was tasty and i enjoyed the coffee, as well!
I had the hot caramel latte and the waffle sandwich. The caramel is sweet so I didn't need to add sugar. The sandwich had egg, bacon, and cheese with a buttery flavor - yummy!“

“Came in today, Sunday 10/13, expecting a decent crowd since it’s Sunday! Walked in and it was busy but only one young girl working. Just wanted to comment on how wonderful of a job she did despite seeming overwhelmed with the large orders and being by herself. Maybe someone was on break, but I just wanted to comment on great she did by herself on a busy Sunday morning! She was apologetic for the wait over and over again. Great service and I hope this young girl gets recognized for her great job!!“

“I've always wanted to try this place. But walking in it seems like they are less customer service oriented. They really want to sell you the product but they don't want you in there. And I wish they had sausage patties instead of cutting sausage links but that's just my preference. Go for the food not the Aesthetics.“

“Came here for a latte and donut on my way home from work. Everything in my order was correct, the staff were friendly, and they were working as fast as is reasonable. The wait was not very long, although it could have been shorter if there were more than two employees working. I hope they're not understaffed.“

“Well I usually love Honey Dew but tonight I got a decaf hot coffee even though I asked for a Mocha Madness decaf. I even said it twice. I even had to wait longer at the window. Not many customers at 545 pm. Very disappointed ! I dew Love Honey Dew.“

Sam and Nimi are awesome and I know Pauline would be proud. “There's one guy that works there that you can tell he just doesn't care about his job. I had an ice coffee with the sugar melted and I also had a refill cup. He charged me for a large ice coffee, it was almost a dollar more. And he was just very careless making my order. My coffee was AWFUL!!! The rest of the staff however is much better.“

“I've been meaning to leave this review forever. Cassandra is such an asset to this Dunkin' location! I hadn't been at the drive thru in a while but she immediately remembered me, saying "No decaf today?" I normally get a decaf but today was buying for another family member who takes regular, not decaf. I was shocked that she remembered that detail! And she is always so pleasant!!! “I’ve been living in Ashland for a couple of years and I’m about to move to Cambridge in a few weeks. To be honest one of the things I am feeling sad about is not stopping by this dunks anymore.

I only take the time out to write this review because there are so many average quality Dunkin’ Donuts… the staff here recognize me when I come and if I don’t go for a month or two they will comment on it the next time I show up. I don’t go every day or anything so I think they’re just observant and kind.

I’ve literally never had an issue with the food or drink, and the service is quick and extremely polite. I can’t expect much more out of a Dunkin’ Donuts. They run a very tight ship and do an excellent job and deserve recognition for that.“

They have a nice display case for their baked goods and donuts and it looks wonderful! “The food was good, and the restrooms were pretty clean. However, the server didn’t ask what size drink I wanted—she just gave me a small, but I wanted a medium.

I really didn’t like that I was only allowed to stay for 20 minutes. I’ve never seen that before. I asked the employees if I could stay for 30 minutes, and they said no—my car would be towed. Why?

I’m buying food and don’t want to eat in my car. I also can’t eat that fast.

“I meet friends there for coffee and sometimes some breakfast. I don't drink coffee, typically I drink a diet Coke. However, this location has Pepsi and I'm not a Pepsi fan. Otherwise, it's a good place to grab a beverage, and talk with friends.
I don't recall seeing restrooms in this Duncan location, so keep that in mind.“
